Weighed in at 314 again this week, but I slightly cheated last night. Went to watch Superman with a friend of mine, had some soda

, then went to an Italien restaurant for dinner and had lasagna. I thought coming in at only 314 wasn't bad, as it seemed to be the dteady weight this week.
I had a physical checkup yesterday, weighed in at 314, I didn't make my goal of breaking that dreaded 300 lb mark, but its ok. The doctor saw my drive to lose weight, and the only thing he gave was encouragement. He told me to lose 1 pound a month, and keep it off, and he'll be happy.
I have another appointment with him on sept 1st, I do hope I can drop to 299, but highly doubt it. But whatever weight loss should be ok.
So, new goal:
Come Sept 1st, I'll try to aim for 299, but not go above 314.
