I think I should drink a lot of OJ to try to get rid of whatever is ailing me. It seems to be going away though, I hope it goes away completely after this weekend.
Anyway, on to business...
May 6th, weekly Saturday weigh-in...the verdict?
316 pounds! This number really shocked me. Why? Because I drank soooooooooo much water yesterday it's not even funny. Even right before I went to bed while watching the Mets game, I drank a 32 oz cup of ice cold water. Throughout the night, I went to the bathroom 3 times and I still lost that much, come weigh-in.
Needless to say, I'm pretty happy. I feel better, more energetic and my clothes feel very loose. I am also happy to report that with another 2 pound loss, I will equal my weight from 3 years ago, which I failed due to no self control....but this diet, there is no turning back.
I got the power of this forum behind me.
edit: it seems that I have recovered from my trip to Boston, too! Thank goodness I did stay away from unhealthy/fatty foods and really only ate the good stuff.
