workout:just did slim in 6 workout#2,all the musles weer sore today from yeaterdays workout,hope iwill be better tomorrow:)
 
i just did my 3rd workout of slim in 6 ramp it up that is..and i am officaillly dead ,it took all my strength and willpower to pull it off,but i kept pushing play
i lovethe burning sensation in my limbs,makes me feel alive.

as far as eating is concerned,hunger is suppressed i am not hungry all the time as i used to be...but the cravings are way too high for me to deal with.
breakfast:ate two eggs omelet with one slice of bread(bread,grrr )

lunch 250 grams of chickenjalfrezi

snacked on raddish

and now i am going to drink some yakhni of chicken,yakhni=chicken stock (that would bemy dinner/post workout shake,lol).
weighed 109 today9 lbs to go.dang!.

did workout #4 ramp it up and slim and limber/sixpack two quickworkouts tonight,i slept early while putting my son to bed and missed my workout so i am trying to make up for slacking yesterday,

ramp it up wasnt challenging this time for me,its maybe attitude towards fitness or motivation whatever...but i am doing a good job thats all i know

it felt easy today so i increased the intensity.and my arms are sore now,since i used heavuy resistence band today.ouch!
 
I've yet to read this, but I read a few pages. IMO maybe you should try carb cycling instead of the simple atkins. It involves the same thing, except you would have a few low carb days, then a high carb day (about 110% of what you should normally get), of coarse all would be good carbs (potato, brown rice, etc). I've found this to be the best way to help lose those really stubborn lbs, because it'll kick your thyroid in the butt.
 
HIIT
I always hated cardios,but now i think i have found the magical tip,that is HIIT:bannana: (i just love this smiley)
my treadmill has 5programs each has three levels,i never bothered to use the functions before ,but when i read a stickey on fitness by malkore(i guess),i thought to give it a try ,i did P2 ,L1 for 20 minutes yesterday it was 3 minutes 2mph and then 3 minutes 7 mph,and so on(i used to run 6.5 mph before but it was boring)..7 mph is a bit too fast right now for me but 2 mph is too slow .
so i did P2 ,L2 today
that was 3 minutes 3mph then 3 minutes 8 mph,did for 20 minutes only but i didnt feel bored at all,it was quite challenging,aswell as fun,where 3 mph is ok but 8 mps is very fast. so i am thinking maybe i will run 4 mph for 3 minutes and then 7 mph for 3 minutes,then 4 mph for 3 minutes and 7 mph for 3 minutes.from tomorrow.

my question is how many times a week HIIT is too much?
i am thinking may be 4 days a week,so whta do u guys think?

SLIM IN 6
plus i am doing my slim in 6 DVDs too the second DVD is 48 minutes .it is 20 minutes cardio 10 minutes abs,10 minutes pushups and leg work/resistence cables for arms and 8 minutes yoga/streching in the end.
RESULTS
i am definately sliming down i can see some great progress on my abs hamstrings,and calfs.but scale is still not friendly:scratch:

i couldnt understand what do u mean by a few low carb days and one relatively high carb day
as far as i know after 3/4 days if u are on atkins your body gets in ketosis and uses it stored fats as a primary source of energy,since all the stored carbs are consumed,so if i do a high carb day when i am in ketosis ,my body will have more carbs saved ,and turn to carb consuming engine, after some cycles it is possible that my metabolism will slow down in confusion whether to use carbs or fats.
but if it has worked for u i will definately give it a go,since these last 7/10 lbs are stubborn and i have hit a plateue since march, am hovering around 103 to 110..and goal is to be 100lbs.
if u can elaborate the method u mentioned it will be great.:)

moon:slim in 6 is a workout plan/tapes its a cardio basically but u use rseistence strech cables too for arms .and it gives your body dramatical results.:)
 
yea since u had not much difficulty with ramp it up,burn it up sounds ok:)
 
yesterday when i hoped on myTM,i was thirsty i drank half a glassof water and jumped right on tm
after 7 minutes on tm,while i was at 8 mph speed i had such awfull side pains i tried my best not to loose the momentum and keep running but they got worse ,after another two minutes they were unbearable,and i had to stop running after only 9 minutes..may be it was the pre workout water that gave me crampss,when i was a kid whenevr i ran or walked faster than normal i had side pains/crapms.may be its something i will have to live with and forget the idea of participating in 10km marathon:|

yesterday did start it up again,one of my friends is dropping by 5 times a week for the exercise at my place:)
i desperately wanted an exercise buddy,and i have got one:)
 
upadate:i am sick,102 is my body temp and i cant even eat anything since my thraot is sore.
