anonymous losing inches

Hi everyone
i am just ,argh i dont know what is wrong i really dont
i am sleeping alot really,and i am always tired dont want to move at all ..i really have got no clue why:(
but i have got two good news
1.eating is under control no junk at all,just protein/carbs combo for each meal snacking on fruits
2.i have QUIT smoking
yup u heard it right its been three days now:),and i am strong ,and this time no bull****ing i have quit for good

i have to get myself motivated to work out again
but i have got a little or no energies
and sleeping seems more tempting than working out

Looks like you are doing great progress. You look beautiful in your avatar too. Awesome on the quit smoking.. I set myself for Monday Sep 25, and like you.. thats final and for good. If you need any motiv. shoot me a pm. I'll def. be feelin the withdrawals. You seem to strong at this point.. Keep workin it.
 
Way to go Sadie, keep it up! And don't be too hard on yourself and try to do too many things at once. Quitting smoking is a biggie!
 
Awesome job sadie, and you too Brahma, I know from experience how tough the smoking habit can be to kick. And how good for you it is to kick it. I quit late Jan/early Feb of '05, 15 years after my 1st smoke....and I feel better at 30 than I ever did at 21. Stick with it and let us anytime you need to vent about it. Whatever it takes, cause if you start back Ima come to Asia and plant a pair of size 10.5's somewhere uncomfortable....=P

yay!i kept a fast today
it was 13:30 hours long and i managed it beautifully
all that craving of nicotine and food are gone:)
 
awesome slim! So glad to hear. Midnight tonight will be 48 hours for me.. now I'm sick.. which makes it better, but at the sametime can't start my routine. Hopefully these withdrawals will subside soon. It helps alot to see you tough it out.. brings me motiv on the not smoking.

i was so excited to see u in chat..but u were busy somewhere else:rolleyes:

i am glad that u find me motivating:),i craved it so bad yetserday but i diverted my attentions to other things and it worked ..
i drink diet coke when i am craving cigs...or i will chew 1/4th of a nicorett...they are left overs, someone gave it to me... because it didnt work for them..

:) I made it through the night. I'm real glad my withdrawals are not as bad as last time.. gives me much better chances. Going on the 3 day mark and I do not see myself smoking again.. I even gave up the argelay(hookah). Ohh yeah I was not busy.. I was readin through the forums with the music on(headphones) so I didn't hear the sound when someone sends a message. I did say hey, and asked how you were doing.. then you left.. ahemmm Not sure if there was a delay.. but there must have been. Nothing wrong with using nicor. gum... I gave up soda.. so now its only water, straws, and bottle caps to divert me. Really glad to hear you overcome the crave. I know how it feels when you really want one.. Also helps not having them laying around.. I haven't had the energy to want to buy any so things are looking good. night gorgeous.

Brahama:its been almost 9 days now i guess i forgot the count and i feel great ...i have smokes handy all the time,but i am not even craving now..i am quitting caffine too.. or atleast minizing it..the diet coke i bought 3 days ago is still not opened yet
my skin is clearing out,all the small acne is gone,tan is fading
what else can i expect
i feel great:)
congrats on giving up sodas already
 
Awesome! Thats such an accomplishment. I'm trying to get the 7 days to go by faster. Everything is gettin better.. only thing I did keep was my lucky lucy. Every now and than I'll stare at it. Sometimes it helps to just have it in my mouth and let it chill. I thought it would be torture but its really not bad. It does help me. Glad to see you feel great. Keep us posted on your progress. N' thank you :D

i just broke my third fast 3 hours ago,and ate a bit too much..now i have stomach cramps ,ouch!
 
haha aww.. Lucky lucy is a thing I used to do... where the first cigarette I pulled out, turned it upside down, and put it back in the box.. Sometimes I did it to the first 2 I pulled but mostly only 1. So now I have my first cigarette I pulled from my last box of smokes.. still chillin in there upside down. I dunno why I did it.. suppose to be good luck to smoke the first cigarette you pull last. Who knows.. but thats what it is. :D

u guys making me crave cigs:(..(not)

i just did my 30 minutes cardio on treadmill..and after 25 minutes i had a sudden sharp pain in my chest..it started from heart to left shoulder...but i kept walking..i hopped on TM,today ever since i quit smoking..should i be alarmed and get a heart check up done?
my heart doesnt seem that weak,i am just 25 right now

after doing cardio i did some work for my arms with strech cables,2 sets of 10 of each move 3 moves in total
then i did 2 sets of 10 pushus on stability ball and 2 sets of 10 crunches on stability ball
thats all so far:)
