Hi everyone
i am just ,argh i dont know what is wrong i really dont
i am sleeping alot really,and i am always tired dont want to move at all ..i really have got no clue why

but i have got two good news
1.eating is under control no junk at all,just protein/carbs combo for each meal snacking on fruits
2.
i have QUIT smoking
yup u heard it right its been three days now

,and i am strong ,and this time no bull****ing i have quit for good
i have to get myself motivated to work out again
but i have got a little or no energies
and sleeping seems more tempting than working out
