i feel loved
son is asleep finally gotta move my butt in a while
 
YUp did 31 minutes incline 10% speed 4.5 to 7 mph,sweat alot
weights tonight:)
 
i did work with strech cables and weights too yesterday
today i did 36 minutes incline 10% speed 5 to 7 mph
 
yseterday i was not feeling well,could do only 16 minutes on treadmill,but today i did well,
ran 31 minutes incline 10%,speed 4.5 to 6 mph,and did 10 minutes quick lower body workout
weights tonight
 
32 minutes treadmill incline 10%,speed 4 to 7 mph,then some abs work right after running
sweat buckets,and feel great
