i am still sick and i hate sick days,temprature is down a bit ,but i have a bad throat infection my left side of throat is bulged it looks like mumms but ENT examined my throat and he spotted huge inflation in that gland..i cant even swallow anything:(
have to eat 6/8 tablet thrice a day:(
yuck
 
i will be doing 30 minutes HIIT and cindy crawfords ease back in shape
i need a more defined six pack,and i need it bad

I was wondering...many people when they quit cigs go crazy with something else (i.e. food, fitness, etc.) I was wondering if you had something like that happen.

i have been longing for an exercise buddy and i have got one :D
a friend introduce me to a friend of hers,he is almost my age and very ambitious,we have planned to go out for running togather.
the only resevervation is he thinks i am a fitness geek that i am sure am not,and i feel intimidated he being 6 feet tall and me 5 2` it will take best of me to run at his pace:S
i cant afford to let go him,beacuse i am 10 feet behind him huffing and puffing:S

Yep, my next 3 day weekend I plan on paying you a visit. 2 for traveling and 1 for, well, let's say tea and crumpets ;) *direct attention towards the first statement :rolleyes:*

thats a wedding dress in our region..but i am not sure if things will go that far with Merci:p

slim in 6 start it up ,and slim in 6 ramp it up done,am not feeling all right today want to do some cardio too,but i think i will take some rest intsead
