anonymous losing inches

yesterday did kickboxing,there was a progrma on TV by a trainer,and Boy!!did i like it?
i never did kick boxing before,so it felt great ,i was down and very angry at my sons father;)
had a great time imagining kicking him..lmao
 
Very good!! Picture him while you workout. You'll get your frustration out and feel better about urself.

i am trying my best to do everything right,except smoking and eating
i am making a meal plan for myself for fat loss,and will work on it from tomorrow,lets see how it goes

Nutrition's the biggest part - if you can get that figured out and locked down your workouts will be so much better (as will everything else). Good luck and post what you come with - you can do it!

i am doing low carb(not atkins),since low carbing seems my thing:)
 
Atkins is a low carb diet but not every low carb dietis atkins
atkins alllows u t have only 20g carbs a day,for first 14 days then u keep adding another 5g grams untill u find your critical carb level,
the diet i am going to follow will allow me to eat 25% of my daily intake as carbs.as opposed to 5% on atkins.
i know it will be confusing for u but u need to read the book to understand poperly:)
 
did 32 minutes incline 10 % speed was 4.5 mph just wasnt feeling great
had my TOM arived today so i dont know if i will be doing any workouts today...

i dont know why but i was so tired for last couple of days..i just slept and slept and slept...
maybe my body wanted some rest
 
could do only 16 minutes on treadmill :(,had some issue that were more important to resolve than exercise,but something is better than none
 
its been a week in hell literally,
all i wanted to do so was sleep,slept and slept and slpet most of the time during the day,and gained 2 lbs:|
i had no energies what so ever,didnt workout in last 7 days,i am alot better now.maybe oninght i will do some cardio
 
Been doing better lately?
