anonymous losing inches

Well there are other things you can get and try. It's a trial and error. They say that it takes 5 times trying to quit before you really quit. I've got 3 more times to go.:D
 
100 pushups,100 reverse crunches,100situps,not much..will d some cardio today:)
 
no exercises for me today,finally i decided to rest:D
but i will do some pushups,situps,and reverse crunches
 
Yes it does feel good when you have one. Just don't have anymore. I'm only allowed 2/day by Greene but days will go by until I have one.
