I Didn't have a weight lost today.....My weight is reversing, lol

I have an under active Thyroid problem, but I have kept up with my WW's points and some days I had points left over. I came in today to chart my foods and points. I maybe miscounting again...heee So I will start showing my points for each food again.

I came in late on the challenge this week...But I just love the challenge!!

How you doing with the Challenge?

I walked two miles with L. Sansone this morning.

Allowed 22 points a day on WW's

B.....1 coffee, 1 20oz water, 3/4 cup cereal/w-2%milk-1/2 water (Special K , 3 points), 1 banana (2 points), 2 pieces of 35cal toast/butter (1 point). 16 points left.

snack....babybel cheese 2 points

L......Veg. salad 3 points, 1 20oz water

Snack....1 pack fiber wafers 3 Points

Supper Progresso Soul (lite pot roast) w-crackers 4 points

snack....Beef Jerky 1 points, 1 coffee

1 tbs of Cod liver oil....1 point

"Wow" soccerrox I am wore out!!

Not sure who Leslie Sansone is, but I bought her "Walk at Home DVD" at Walmarts. They have another DVD of hers I would like to have....but it will have to wait. The other DVD has toning bands. The one I have is "5 day Slim Down "A mile each".

I did two miles this morning with Leslie and the warm up and cool down..45 minutes all together and I did two level with Denise Austin "Legs & Buns" 20 minutes. I have TAE Bo, but don't think I am ready for it Yet. But my advanced type is missing. My DS is the only one that has used the advanced. I found my Pilate's DVD by Denise Austin, includes yoga. I forgot about having them. lol Anyways soccerrox, this is how I get my workout in the Winter months.

This Morning and plan for the day:

B...1/2 cup yogurt (1 point), 3/4 cup Special K (Cinn. pecan) w-2% milk, and toast (4 points)

Snack....1 cup of blue berries (1 point)

L .......1 cup of kale, beef jerky (2points), 4 crackers (1 Point)

S.......1 rib eye steak (6 points), bake potato (3 points), 1 slice 35 cal bread and salad. Dressing & sause1 point.

Cod liver oil (1 point)....2 points left

I ate 1/2 of honey crisp apple/ w peanut butter (3.5 points)
and 2 ones (prunes) .5 points

L.....Healthy Choice dinner (chicken, whole grain rice, broccoli, and peach crisp) 8 Points.

S......Healthy Choice dinner (pot roast, carrots, red potatoes and apple crisp) 5 points.

Snack.....B jerky & crackers 3 points

I did 20 minutes stretches this morning and going to do some house cleaning. I may walk two miles with DVD or may just do crunches today.

I did crunches and a little house cleaning and wash some clothes. Will do some more walking tomorrow.....I walked two miles with L. Sansone walk at home DVD!!

I took two bags of trash to the bin it was s.........o cold, we got a little more snow this morning, but not much. The wind blew hard last night, I look for the wind to open up my trailer like a can of beans sometimes. In March we have hard winds here on the hill.

I listen to the news yesterday they are still dealing with the flood waters in Arizona. A lot of houses being destroyed and people being evacuated. I don't know why I said Arizona, it is Austria that is having a problem with flood waters, I think the news said 13 killed.

it is more than 13 dead here now in Queensland and will go higher but at least the flood levels are dropping.

Trusylver did you and your family have to evacuate? I was reading some one's post the other day saying it was hard for them to go get supplies. Yes the news said one men drown after the waters went down. He was trying to check out his father's land. Bad situations going on for many people, some with snow and other with food waters. We have a little snow, but not bad.

I have 12 points left. I am fixing homemade tacos this even s........o hungry for them. So far I had only 1 20oz water, I will drink another 20oz water with peach crystal light. That should hold me over until supper time. :seeya:

Cod liver and vitamins..yuk (1 point)

B.....2 burritos (1 egg 2 points, 1 slice of cheese 2 points, 2 flour Tortillas 2 points).

Snack.....2 ones .5points

12 points left

Homemade Taco salad. To have tostitos chips with my salad, I have to cut back on the meat and cheese or have 3 point over (total 25 points today):D

S.......1 baked chicken breast 3 points, salad w-dressing 1 point, 1 cup green beans 0 points.

4 points left may have another yogurt I had a banana instead 2 points.

I did two level with Denise Austin (legs & buns) 20 minutes. Today have to do some house work. Walked two miles with walk at home DVD.

B....2 coffees, French toast: 2 35cal bread (1 point), 1 egg (2 points) w-lots of cinn. &1 pack of Splenda, 1/8 cup syrup, 1/2 cup B berries (.5points), 1/2 banana (1 point).

No lunch, my breakfast was after 12 noon. lol

Snack....1/2 banana 1 point

S....5 pieces battered mushrooms (2 points), 1/2 cup stir fry veggies 0 points, 1 chicken breast (part of the stir fry) 3 points, 1/4 cup mandarin oranges, 1/4 cup mash potatoes (1 point), 1 spoon of baby corn 0 points, 1 35cal. toast (.5 point).

1 tablespoon fish oil (1 point)

Snack 1 biscotti (2 points)

7 points left and I have only had 1 20oz water, I need at least drink one more water. I did have 8oz of Apple/Cinn. tea.

I haven't got to exercise today, just may take the day off.
 
I didn't get much sleep last night. I had a very hard time going to sleep, my son received some bad news on face book. A friend he was close to when he was in grade school died six years ago, and we had not heard anything about it. Our town is very Hush Hush when it comes to some things that happens here. When this boy, who died, was very young he OD with medicene from his dad's bathroom cabinet. He started running around with the wrong crowd and we didn't see him much after that. He was four years younger then my DS, so he had to be about 22 when he died. We don't know what happen to cause him to die. I wanted to call his mom, but it would just bring up old memories for her. We used to live close to them when the boys were young and communicated a lot. Then we bought this place and moved and the boy didn't seem to want to come around anymore. His step dad and mom getting a divorce, could have been part of it, I just don't know.

Anyways I didn't get much sleep!

Hey Anna, just wanted to say you seem very motivated and it's really inspiring! Keeping track of everything you eat n all, I'm not very good at that D; The points thing is really cool too, helps you keep on track and adds...jazz? :p You've made good progress so far it seems, keep it up! :D
