DAY 2
SKIN
I kept my hands away from scratching all day! It looks like my skin is getting worse... I'm going to have to get past this stage to the one where it's all clear again... just gotta leave my skin to do it's own thing!! But I want proper concealer/foundation

EATING
Fitday - 3190 cals
Extras - 5x dried pear halves, 4x round crackers, half a cup vita snacks (wheat based, baked), 3x grape ciders (11.5 fl.oz each)
Not quite sure why I ate these things... I felt hungry I think. But it could have been boredom... will check myself next time to be absolutely SURE I am only eating for hunger.
Now the drinks, those were bad
I still don't feel ready to give it up completely during the week though... but for next week, I am going to limit my drinking to 2 nights, with a limit of 2 drinks per night. I will do my best to accommodate the extra calories for those days.
RUNNING
I got up at 6am for my first morning run. I ran 5km (in 41min). Yay! Felt so good to have already exercised... I'll be doing my best to ingrain this habit
FLY LADY
Today's task was to put away a pile of clothes in your bedroom... our laundry came back today (I take it to my parents, hehe), so I packed it all away
DONE!
BELLY DANCE
I practised a little, but my legs were too beat from yesterday's squats and practising... I couldn't go down, my legs give out half way no matter how hard I try. I'll give them a rest now, and just keep pushing for more strength tomorrow again!

Pretty good day all in all, except I smoked a little too much weed (hmm, maybe had munchies... don't really get them anymore, but still possible)
