Your doing great so far :) it is normal to be sore the day or two after exercise (DOMS) but your body will adjust quickly to this, and you will not be as sore in the future unless you increase the intensity or change your workout.

right now i am making a list of all the things i would like to change... or improve upon. soo i can sort of work on these things throughout the next few months... lol =D

bleh... i was bad since friday. D: my mom took away my laptop... and my exercise dvd was in it... and also i just felt soo bleh i didnt even bother writing down what i was eating... i probably ate like 10,000 extra calories this weekend >.> all you can eat chinese, candy, T_T its was awful.

but also i got outside and like totally fixed up the goats pasture to make it look nicer. i totally worked out my upper body... pulling out fence posts with my bare hands o: super strong :3 we also bought a couple of goats this weekend. i slept with a goat last night in my bed. lol... she was wearing a diaper though. lol

soo i am getting back on that band wagon... i dont want to quit even if progress is a little slow because of my bad choices...
 
CARDIO GOALS FOR THE NEXT 30 WEEKS

Tomorrow i am adding intensity to my workouts.
i will be adding an extra mile per day of walking... from then on every 5 weeks... i will exchange 1 walking mile for a mile of jogging :3

1st 5 weeks= 5 miles walking
2nd 5 weeks= 4 miles walking + 1 mile jogging
3rd 5 weeks= 3 miles walking + 2 miles jogging
4th 5 weeks= 2 miles walking + 3 miles jogging
5th 5 weeks= 1 mile walking + 4 miles jogging
6th 5 weeks= 5 miles jogging =D

soo i will be able to jog 5 miles by the middle of August.^^ hehe i cant wait! i will be sooo physically fit =D
 
FLEXIBILITY GOALS FOR THE NEXT 30 WEEKS

-stretch body completely holding for stretches for at least 30 seconds
-practice doing the splits and be able to accomplish them successfully
-be able to do a back bend again... and be able to pull myself back up^^

hehe the baby nubian goat is totally keeping me busy. she is gorgeous... and loud!
 
hehe soo we went to the auction this weekend. and there was this adorable giant eared goat... lol we werent sure what she was... a boer/pigmy mix? well we bid on her and won =D on the way to pick her up the man told us that she was just four weeks old 0_o we were like "what?!?!" she is as tall as our adult pigmies... well then i realized she is a nubian^^ a dairy goat =D she is 13 pounds atm and will someday be close to 120 o: while our adult pigmys are just 35-50 pounds... she will be a mighty big girl =P im excited i always wanted to be able to have a dairy goat. she totally fits the breed stereotype... super loud!!! she also has the lovely spots^^ but she shivers outside... soo she is staying in the house with me till it warms up. she sleeps in my bed at night... and we have mastered the diaper and onesie =D its totally cute. soo no more worries about accidents... she fits a 24 month old babie's onesie just barely lol shes seriously a big girl... all legs... at night she curls up by my head and resting her head on my shoulder and drifts to sleep. she also enjoys watching tv lol. total cutie!

yaya i just finished all my workout junk for the day... now its just important to eat well at dinner =P ooh here is a picture or two of me as a before... but like a totally nice looking before... when i reach my goal.. i will show >_> my graduation pictures D: its pretty bad. lol... but a nice starting point... i didnt realize i looked that bad til those pictures arrived... i hid them in my closet sooo my mom couldnt send the pictures to my friends and family... isnt that awful?!

nic... i weighed about 210 pounds in those pics T_T lol but i am a master at angling my pictures sooo i look a wee bit slimmer =P lol yeah im excited about that program >=D i want to be strong and slim and confident!

today was a total success!!! i feel sooo good right now. i think adding intensity was a great idea. i want to burn more calories and begin building muscle and becoming more flexible =D gosh i cant wait to see results!!! i am never going back to my lazy ways. i just started the beginning of my 3rd week of my new lifestyle^^ i want us all to succeed and be strong and successful in every aspect of our lives, and it all starts with feeling good about ourselves and being healthy.
 
lol nic^^ it was yummy! and healthy, although it would have been been better with brown rice o: i like eating healthier =D i am getting more creative with my foods. making the act of eating more of an event rather than just stuffing my face lol
 
Definitely don't look 210 there, MAYBE in the upper 170's. Glad to hear that you had an awesome day! I love those kinda days. I can't wait to see results either, the beginning of this is the hardest. But just think, by the end of February, not only us but others will be seeing a difference in our body's too. Let's do this!
 
i know its sooo exciting finally getting ourselves together. i dont think i could do it without the friends i have met on this forum^^ i get the support here that i could never find anywhere else =P

cooking is kinda fun ... oh o: i have sugar free jello in the fridge...40 calories for all of it oooh ^^ i made fun shapes =D time for desert hehe...

The little cooking that I can do, I enjoy, but I'm just not that good at cooking, honestly! I need a newbie's recipe book.
