i looked at an ideal weight table today...i still cant decide if im 5'3 or 5'4 but earlier i measured i think 5'4 lol

small frame: 114-127
medium frame: 124-138
large frameL: 134-151

soo i measured my wrist and i am in the medium frame category =P borderline small.

omgosh okay yall soo last night i was watching this show called DietTribe its about like a group of friends trying to lost 30 pounds each before the one friends wedding. anyways... it was all great and then they got to the weigh in and i actually payed attention omgosh the trainer is sooo hot 0_o his name is jessie. i am totally smitten. he is sooo nice to look at =P

i also worked out... soo i wont sulk... -_- this is just a sad day... my dad missed christmas and new years... and now valentines day and his birthday... thanks to his job... 14 days home 28 offshore.


 
okay this morning i started out with a crazy breakfast that took all my courage to try. =P it was a smoothie. lol. but not just any smoothie this morning i added vegetables!!! i was soo proud of myself. i have been wanting to experiment with veggie smoothies for a while. but was afraid of the taste. i talked to my boyfriend last night and he told me it was good =P soo i tried it.

-carrot - 30 calories
-1/4 cucumber - 10 calories
-1 medium banana - 100 calories
-1 medium apple - 80
-8 oz apple juice - 60 calories
TOTAL 280 calories

1400-280=1120 calories

it was scrumptious =D although the texture was a little funky xD overall a nice way to start my morning.
 
Wow, you are a brave warrior! :hurray: I need more veges in my diet, and I love the thought of quick, easy meals (hence the reason I have a slim fast every morning).

I will definitely have to try that recipe of yours one morning. Except I don't know about the carrots. Not really a fan of 'em.

hehe yeah the carrot ended up being the major flavor of the smoothie. lol cucumbers are nice since they dont have alot of flavor soo you can sort of sneak them in >=D

i just hope my mom will start buying more veggies as she sees how good i am being and that i am actually truly trying this time around. ^^
 
Well and just remind her that fresh vegetables really aren't that expensive. Heck, you can even get frozen vegetables for probably cheaper, and they are just as good.


We can do this. And I cannot wait until we are at healthy weights. Call me superficial, but I cannot wait to be able to fit into some hot pants. I'm tired of size 18 pants. :piggy:

oooh i did 2 miles today... as soon as i finish this i am doing the other two =P

but the most strenuous part of my day is i went out to the goat pasture and i ran across and back as hard as i could ... 5 times.... with a break and water in between. lol i am a cardiovascular failure =P xDD jk jk lol... but i definitely have alot of room to improve lol... my lungs felt like they were one FIRE!!! 0_o

but i am sooo proud of myself, seriously!

i am sooo sore today... running totally killed me... lol i have sore abs this morning. xDD as well as right above my knees on my thighs xDD crazy crazy! lol sooo i may run every other day versus everyday until i get stronger.

i just mixed it all together and it was a nice like... taco salad... i really should have used less cottage cheese/sour cream... but i did feel like depriving myself... and i didnt need cheddar at all... it did nothing for me. lol i prefer my parmesan =P

i think i will wait till halfway between lunch and dinner before i work out... sooo i can have a little longer to get over this soreness xD fun fun fun!
 
Run that pasture! Luck you, I can't run, heck I can barely job. I tried jogging the other night at the gym at 3.8mph but I couldn't go for longer than 2 minutes. Really need to slowly work myself up to it. Hopefully in a few more weeks I'll be comfortable jogging.

You're doing so great keeping up with what you are eating. This way, when you've lost all the weight you want, you can go back and look at exactly what you did to lose it all. I love writing in my diary!

hehe i dont think i was ready to run xD
i was hoping that sprinting like that would help me improve my lung capacity. i didnt think i would get soo sore though 0_o or perhaps i did an ab workout yesterday and i forgot. its that good kind of sore though ^^ the kind where you know you did something amazing and special for yourself =D

ooh btw... i think by tomorrow i will be up to 10 pounds lost *_* i would have been today but i only round up lol... i dont like dealing with .1 .2 ---> .8 .9 ... tenths. lol but seriously thats like 10 pounds in 10 days... and im not doing anything like sneaky lol... like eating nothing or binging and purging or exercising all day...

its this counting calories. i can promise you that... almost 1000 calories less a day than i used to as well as just being more active.

im sooo scared of the dreaded plateau >_<

but i think that will be a little bit further in the future. i may just start slowing down soon. but maybe not! >=D also at the end of two weeks i am adding a bit more exercise^^

i finished my walk slim video... i definitely did the easier exercises today... the knee lifts and kickbacks totally killed my thighs lol.

my mom just left... and the first though in my head "well now i could binge and nobody will know" x__X what the heck... >_< i dont even know where that came from... lol sooo i am trying to keep myself extremely busy soo i dont submit to that evil thought. D:

=T my boyfriend texted me this morning telling me he is going to the doctors because they believe he is dealing with possible kidney failure... im sooo worried but there is not much i can do since he is several states away T_T
