Damn, I missed the beer discussion. :) That's really cool that you make your own beer. I'm a big Sam Adams fan myself, though I do like New Glarus beers (NG may be a Wisconsin thing, though....).

I think I am going to look for a new job today. I currently like my job but I need more money, they pay me just above minimum wage and I am not getting anywhere with that.

My plan for my workout today is my upper body weight lifting and 30 minutes on my eliptical again.

Toast & tomatos,
Miso soup (a really big bowl)
leftover catelini stuffed with italian sausage and ricata cheese.
Macaroni with the italian sausage and ricota mixture I made the other day
one more small bowl of miso soup
cucumber

I'll probably have a snack after my workout tonight, a nectarine or an apple maybe a few crackers.
 
Another good day for excersize. Got in some upper body resistence training and a half hour cardio. It feels good to be working out again. I just heard my hockey season starts in 3 weeks so I really need to get my cardio up a notch between now and then. Hopefully my thumb will be 100% by then.
 
Good day so far, I had 3 eggs and two toasts for breakfast, a bowl of miso soup and a toast with liverworst on it. For dinnere I will have whitefish baked with asperigus and some fried rice.

Tonight I plan on doing a lower body workout with 30 minutes of cardio.
 
I love the stuff, but I'm french. haha. I love all food, not much out there I won't eat. hahaha

Well my legs are too stiff to do my lower body workout but I'll still do my eliptical, I'll just go for 40 minutes intead of 30 to compensate.
 
I have an elliptical too, it works ya pretty good...and it doesnt kill my whimpy old knees like running or a treadmill does.

I have a Nordic Track one that takes those Ifit SD workout cards.

It's pretty cool that we can try to keep up with each other, a good motivator. I need to do my work out soon, still a bit groggy from a nap. I'll start soon, before it's too late.
 
Today will be another great day, I can feel it. I decided to weigh in this morning and I lost another pound hehe. I'll be doing my lowerbody workout and some 30 minutes on the eliptical.

Squats here I come.

Also, tonight I have a live draft for one of my Fantasy Football leagues. I love the draft. It gets super exciting, trade offers, scouting, hunches,yeah baby all the good stuff.
 
NFL, I'll go see a game or two a year for CFL (Winnipeg Blue Bombers) but my true passion is the NFL. I don't watch CFL on T.V. When the NFL starts I watch as much as humanly possible haha. Good time to do my cardio hehe.
 
Haha, Vikings. I saw them get destroyed two years ago on a Monday Night Football game by the Pats. It's a 6 hour drive for me so I only go every 4 years or so.

Collage is not very popular in Canada, but we get to see games on Saturdays. They usually only play SEC games here, sometimes we get Big 10. USC plays a lot too.
