Long day sitting on my butt in the office aaaaallllll day long. Everytime I went to the bathroom, I would go up and down the stairs and then walk down the hallway and back just to increase my activity a bit. Getting excited for weigh-in on Friday...hope to have kicked another few pounds to the curb. Not much else to report...
 
Well done on fitting in the extra steps whenever you get the opportunity. Fingers crossed for the scales!

Desk time again today, plus two meetings. Oh, and the stupid FAFSA was due tonight. As usual I procrastinated until the last minute. I got the last one submitted at 11:58 PM. Luckily, I had points left because I stress-ate a Ding Dong. I had the points to cover it...I ate only one so it didn't ruin my day. It actually was enjoyable. I'm feeling very in-control right now, which is how I usually feel right before I fall on my face. Stay tuned...

My WW app and my Fitbit app don't seem to be playing nice with each other, so I'll have to update my fitness points/steps goal once they kiss and make up. Hubby and I kept the littles last night. We took them to Chik*Fil*A--chosen for two reasons. 1. grilled chicken nuggets--only 3 SPs! 2. indoor play area--tire the cherubs out!

Took the littles out to breakfast. I didn't do any pre-planning...bad move! I ordered a garden omelet...it sounded like a good choice...I mean, it had broccoli in it...I ate broccoli AT BREAKFAST... But when I checked the SP value it was super, super high. Luckily, due to the littles I was only able to eat half of it before we left. I must say that half kept me full for much of the day. I ate the other half as a late lunch. I did end up using a chunk of my weekly points, but that's what they're for.

Hubby was wanting pizza for supper...which I wasn't thrilled about. However, we compromised and went to a local pizza place in town where I could order only a slice. I ordered a chef salad and one single slice of cheese pizza. After dinner, I walked the few blocks home instead of riding with hubby because I knew I needed to up my step count for the day.

Oh my. It was a Monday. I sat at my desk for nearly 11 hours. I tried to get up and walk as much as possible but I had so much work to do! I will focus on the fitness points today! LOL, I just realized I'm sitting on butt at a Job Fair...but I promise I'll add more steps to my day!
