What an exciting reunion! :D

I know how you feel... I have been a bit "off" the last few days, too. I still have it under control for the most part, but I have been slacking. I feel like I could be doing more with my working out and lessening on the snacking. But I know we can do it! We WILL be successful! :)
 
hello..Well today was ok for me..better then yesterday but i still think i need to eat less!!
Ok so this is what i had today:

Breakfast:
1/2 peanut butter sandwhich

Snack:
Animal crackers (about 10)

Lunch:
Lean Cuisne
bread

Snack:
Ritz chesse cracker

Dinner:
Tuna sandwhich

Drinks:

icee, 2 bottles water
 
Where's H, is he in the service? Sorry I didn't know.

So you've been doing great on your weightloss, you did well on your exams, and you'll see H this weekend. Sounds like you're doing great and you have a lot to be proud of. Can't wait to hear you hitting onederland very soon :).
 
hey thats ok...

No hes not in the service, he is working in South Carolina since there isnt that much work here in North Carolina.. its only a 3 hr drive, so not to bad. We use to live there until i had the baby we moved back to NC to be with family, but after i'm done with school i'm moving back to SC.... he tries to come every other weekend, but latley they have to work on the weekends so yeah i'm so happy!!

my day went pretty good. today was the 1st day of my 3rd term, so far i'm like the class... pathophysiology.. anyways this is what i had to eat for the day:

Breakfast:

Cereal- Honey Smacks w/ 1% milk (200 cal)

Snack:

nutrigran bar (130 cal)

Lunch:
Lean Cusine (310 cal)

Snack:
String chesse (160 cal)

Dinner:

Grilled chicken sandwhich (280)
beans (140)

Drink:
3 bottles of water

Total:
1,220 cal.
 
my day has been great so far..here is what i had so far........

Dry cereal (150 cal)

Snack:

Nurtigran bar (130 cal)

Lunch:

Lean Cuisien (240)

Snack:
3 mini peppermint patty (160 cal)

(I might have a peach later..no sure?!)
 
hey angel, i'm doing good so far!! I'm feeling really tired today, i just want to go to sleep..lol.. I hope that your have a good day!!

Well last night i decided not to have the peach!! so I think that i done really well yesterday!!

hey get soem rest if you need some. last thing you want is to fall ill especially when you're doing so great.

i'm doing fine so far as llong as i don't binge anytime soon lol!

thats good to hear, you wont your doing to good to mess up!!

Everytime i try to sleep my daughter ends up waking up from her nap..lol... and if i nap during the day i will wake up bitchy... dont want that!!
 
angel...thanks... i wont get to bed until about 10, then i have to get up at 6 for school.... ohh well friday i get to sleep late!!
