Hey there Amber,
It must be in the air I have been cleaning and lots of stuff to my house for a week now and maybe had 1 day break.Today my uncle is starting on my kitchen floor preparing it for ceramic tile..NEVER ENDING!!Yummmmmm to mexican food I so love making my own chicken soft tacos I can live off of those lol.Have a gr8 weekend Tammy

I bought The Biggest Loser: Cardio Max. I am really liking it.

hey everyone thanks for stoppin by! Well i weighed in this morning ans i lost 1 lb! I think thats good since i did eat the Mexican food this week and last night I had a cupcake...lol...so i'm pleased with that!! and i'm out of the 20's and in the teens!!!!!!!! i never want to see 220 EVER!!!! well Today is my daughter b-day party! were going to have so much fun, i made about 100 cupcakes last night! well hope everyone enjoys there day!

hey didnt write yesterday....it was a BAD one too........ i had leftovers from the party which was pizza & cupcakes...and coke for the 1st time since December...well today has been great, i throw away 30 cupcakes last night so i wouldnt eat any 2day!!!! so very proud of that!! I will wright later.....
 
okay..so everyone knows that the end of April i'm in my cousins wedding... well i went to pick my bridemaids dress up today and i tryed it on and its TOO BIG!!!! YAY!!!! i'm so happy!!!!! well this is what i ate 2day!!

Breakfast:
1/2 bowl speical K w/skim milk

Snack:
Nutirgrain bar

Lunch:
Chicken noodle soup
1/2 banana

Snack:
Nurtigrain bar

Dinner:
Grilled chicken w/onions
corn on the cob
ceaser salad

I also had 4 pieces of chacolate (mini)
 
hey..its been one of the worse weeks in my life!!! I have been so sock this week...i had a stomach virus for the last 4 days....other then that i'm pleased to say that I lost 5.8 lbs this week!!!!!

my total for the January is 16.8 lbs!!!!
 
i'm feeling so much better, i went to school today, i had alot to catch up with! So today my eatting has not been to great...i had wendys to eat...fires and burger, soda....

You through out 30 cupcakes!? Perish the thought. Now if only I had such will power, perhaps I'd be losing right now instead of gaining.

thanks girls for the support!!! Today hasnt been the best but not the worse.... i STARTED yesterday so not so sure how this weeks weigh-in will go?? i'm still hoping its going to be good tho...even if i say the same weight i will be happy. so far this is what i had.

Breakfast:
Pop Tart (400 cal)

Snack:
Ritz cheese crackers (100 cal)

Lunch:
Grilled chicken sandwhich (McDonalds)
Iced coffee

Dinner:
not sure yet (maybe a salad)
 
I think you're doing an excellent job! It's okay to splurge sometimes. Just don't over do it. You totally made me want a grilled chicken sandwich. Mmmm!!!
 
Yesterday was a really good day for me, as far as the eatting.....i had alot of work to study for my Exams today..hope i at least pass them!
so here is what i ate yesterday.......

Breakfast:
nothing

Snack:
Ritz crackers w/chesse (100 cal)

Lunch:

Beefroni (290 cal)

Snack:
Ritz crackers w/chesse (100 cal)

Dinner:
Chicken broiled in beef stock
ceaser salad
broc.
2 slices of bread (80 cal)

I had 3 bottles of water and i know i need to workout and have more fruit!!!
 
Hey thanks..i did do great on my exams!!!!
Well today hasnt been the best day that i have had, i'm wanting to lose at least 10 lbs this month!!! Tomorrow i'm going to start getting to work HARD!! Getting m workouts in at least 30 mins a day, drinking MORE water and eating more fruit, veggies and lean meats!! If i stick with that then i know i wil lose the 10lbs if not more!! i have to get OUT of the 200's by the end of march!! Thats going to be my mini goals!!! I have to regroup and do well like last month!! I'm ready!! I will weigh-in next friday!! I will keep yall up-dated! I hope that everyone has a great week!!!!!!!

well today i did good until the afternoon, i feel off!!!! I dont know whats gotten into me here lately???? Tomorrow WILL be a good day for me!!! It has to be!!! I can wait until friday i'm going to see my husband its been since christmas.. i miss him so much!! He is going to be so proud of me losing weight!! cant wait!!! hope everyone is having a good weekend so far!!
