Honestly, I'm glad to hear you are not doing the Special K diet anymore. I am way more into the regular eating with portion control. I know you are going to succeed!!

You can do it! I'm glad you're not doing the Special K diet too. It doesn't sound very healthy. Especially if you're trying to do it long term. Oh and I don't think you did so bad the other day. Sure you slipped up a little bit but treats every once in a while is okay in my opinion. I hope you have fun with your daughter's party!
 
Soup can be a great diet-aid! Just watch sodium levels in the canned stuff. If you can make your own, it is a great, cheap way to make food for several days.
 
hey thanks everyone for the advice and support! Well i'm not having my daughters party this weekend its suppose to snow today, i'm haviong it next weekend! Also i'm going to make the soup myself, i like it better, well i will post later, Hope everyone had a great weekend!:waving:
 
Amber~yea, its suppose to snow n freeze, gotta go to work today, and they say its gonna freeze instantly on the roads....im scared to be drivin in it....i get off at 11, so it might be really bad. Hope all is well there in Charlotte :D Have a good day! and happy bday to ur daughter!

So today has went pretty good for me! As yall know that I stoped the Speical K Diet! I made some Veggi Soup..OMG its so good! So far this is what I have eaten. Soup, 2 apples and 4 kiwis..love them.... I think i'm going to have another bowl of soup for dinner with some wholegrain crackers! ohh Its SNOWING here....:waving:
 
well I got up this morning and walked on the tradmill for 30 mins. I'm so proud of myself!!! After I worked out I ate a bowl of Asian salad..ummm so god..will post later..:waving:
 
oh wicked!!! you've got snow! i want snow but i think its getting warmer lately so not much chance of that!

so today was a good one for me!! this is what i had:.

WORKOUT:
Walked 30 mins

Breakfast:
Nothing

Lunch:
Asian salad
Veggie soup

Snack:
14 gram cracker sticks

Dinner:
Bowl of Chili w/ wholegrain crackers

Drinks:
4 bottles of water

I'm so happy that I stayed on track and walked....my knee is feeling better! I'm going to weigh in on Friday, hopefully there will be some loss!! Hope everyone has a good week!!
 
well today has been ok for me! I went to school today then came house and walked on the treadmill for 25 min, and cleaned! So far i have eatten a bowl of speical k, and snack and lunch. I will post later to give details!:leaving:
 
My day couldnt be any better!! This is how it went:

Workout:
Walked 25 mins. on treadmill

Breakfast:
Bowl of Speical K w/skim milk

Snack:
100 cal. pk. granola bites

Lunch:
Ham sandwhich
light pringles

Snack:
1 plum

Dinner:
Grilled chicken w/onions
green beans
butter beans

Snack:
100 cal. pk. pop corn

Drinks:
Water (3 bottles, need more water!)

Well, i'm not going to get to workout today, i have lot of studying to do, so i'm going to take the day off and workout 2morrow! Other then that everything so far is going good for me..OMG its so cold outside cant wait until summer gets here!! Well i guess i will post later! Hope everyones week is going good so far!

hello..i have been so stresse and busy today, i ahve 2 test tomorrow so i ahve been studying. i didnt get a chance to workout today, but i plan to do it tomorrow at least for 30 mins. I have to amit i didnt have a good day as far as my wating went! so this is what i had...

Workout:
NONE

Breakfast:
Speical K w/skim milk

Sanck:
Nutrigrain bar

Lunch:
Grilled chicken sub (subway..foot long) :/
Baked Chips

Snack:
Nutrigrain bar

Dinner:

2 slices of pizza
flatbread (2 slices)

Snack:

2 Nutrigrain bar

Drinks:
2 bottles water
1 cup sweet tea
 
I'm about to get me some REST!! my Grandma is babysitting my daughter until saturday!!! so i get to sleep in..so happy...lol...but i miss here alreasy and its only been 45 mins... :( well other then that my day has been pretty good..went out to eat at a mexican resturant didnt do as well i would have liked but still didnt do 2bad..hopefully all will tell saturday morning...

Mmmmmmmmm. I LOVE Mexican food. All that yummy melted cheese and guacemole. I had a Taco bell chicken supreme at the airport today. Hardly the same thing!

Enjoy the time on your own :). Everyone deserves a break once in a while.

My day for 2day has been BUSY!!! I've been cleaning all morning top 2 bottom, getting ready for my daughters b-day party for tomorrow! I'm so ready!!! I don't think i'm going to workout 2day..i have to much to do, but i've been busting my ass cleaning..so thats going to be my workout. well i will post later to list my foods. Hope everyone has a good weekend!
