Well my day so far has been really good, classes are going good, i'm happy about that!! And i'm on track with my eatting and workouts!!

I have eatten a Slim-fast shake, protein bar and 1 turkey sandwhich.....
 
Hello..well i got to take a hour nap..very much needed!!
So this is how my day went so far:

Workout:
25 min on treadmill
15 min Biggest Loser workout dvd

Breakfast:
Slim-Fast shake

Snack:
Protein bar
100 cal pak. Chex

Lunch:
Turkey Sandwhich

Dinner:
Pork Chops
Whloe wheat pasta w/sauce
salad

2 bottles of water(need more water)
 
hello...so far so good with my day..i'm not sure if i'm going to workout today, i have ALOT of STUDYING to do!! I'm going CRAZY:willy_nilly:..lol...i have so many medical terms to know and quiz on thurs with a TEST nex tuesday..Kinda STRESSFUL:cuss:, but i'm not going to eat because of it....that will only make me more stressful if i gain any weight...lol...well help everyones day is going as planned!!

1 apple

Dinner:
Beef tips w/ Brown rice

Wow what a gr8 looking menue and a yummy 1 to!
Congrats on 10,lbs lost so far,seems like they are just melting away.
I haven't worke out either,I am tired and hubby isn't home yet to watch
the baby that never sleeps lol.

Helly..i'm gettting more and more stressed, too much to learn in my medical classes ohh well just gotta study more...anyways my day was pretty good other than the stress, also kinda mad i cant workout today, my knee is KILLING me so bad:banghead:, hope its better tomorrow this will be my 2nd day not working out, go to tomorrow!!! this week has went by so fast!! thats a good thing! Well i hope everyone is doing good! :)

well i'm not sure if i did wellor not so this is what i have had...

Workout:
NONE (knee hurts)

Breakfast:
Slim-fast shake

Snack:
Slim-fast protein bar

Lunch:
Wendy's grilled-chicken sandwhich

Snack:
100 cal. pak. pop corn

Dinner:
Ham/turkey sandwich
brown rice

Snack:
100 cal pk muffin

1 bottle of green tea

What are you studying to become? Whatever it is all the hard work will pay off in the end. If you have to memorize a lot of terms you could try putting the definitions on index cards to make flash cards (with the word on the front and definition on back). Just keep reading what you have to remember out loud, then say it out loud to yourself and go back and read out loud when you forget, then look away again and say it out loud without looking. If you do that repetitively, especially if you READ it while saying it, you'll be able to picture what was on the flash card in your mind during the test.
 
I have no idea how you fit in being a stay at home mom with med school, jeez I can barely fit in having a shower! urgh unclean unclean!

Girl I am so glad you tried the flash cards and they helped. I was always good at taking tests though I would be lazy as hell during the whole semester (cutting class and chatting in class, even in law school at age 28 ha ha). The key would be to make my own study materials, either flash cards or going through all my highlights in my books and re-reading the highlighted sections and putting them in short in my own words on an outline that I could use to study. As you discovered, just the process of making the study materials helps you remember most of it so its well worth the time spent.

I'll try to think of some other lunches but I think ham sandwiches are also low cal for your diet so you can vary your sandwich meats.

I'm thinking some grilled chicken

well i just weighted in and its not what i wanted but at the same time I havent workout in 3 days....So i lost 1 lbs...ohh well at least i lost...lol
 
Hey there a lb is a lb and that is gr8!!I love seeing something lower each week instead of geeeesh "the same" lol,your doing gr8 and 10 lbs already gone you are moving right along!Have a nice weeekend Tammy
