ok so this is how my day went....

Workout: NONE (bad knee, was hurting today)

Breakfast: 1 egg w/ fat free chesse, 1 slice toast

Lunch: bowl of soup w/ salad

Snack: apple

Dinner: Chicken w/rice
 
Thanks everyone for the congrats....

BUT.......

I have just done something that is so BAD in my diet..... after dinner I had a Lean Cusine and some pizza.... I'm not really sure whats going on since i had a good day/ weight-in. This is the 1st time that i feel off in 2 weeks. I guess I will get back on track and start a new day tomorrow along with my workout i need to do at least on hour of cardio to burn this off. I feel so sick:puke::banghead:
 
Mal said in someone else's diary that one bad meal won't undo all of your progress; it's when you use that one bad meal as an excuse to completely fall off the wagon that you have a problem!

Don't stress about it! We all mess up every now and then...

awww thanks so much..i kinda needed that! Can't wait until tomorrow so I can finish what i started!! A new heathly lifestyle. I can't wait to workout, I havent in 2 days and I kinda miss it! Thanks again!;)
 
Hello....well today is a NEW day for me since yesterday was not so great for me. Well its about 12:20pm and i havent ate anything....so hungry but havent had the time to eat. Kinda had a rough night again with My baby, so my mom helped me out this morning so i could get some sleep, anyways sleeped until 11am and went to wal-mart. So i get home and my baby is sleeping which means my lunch is going to have to wait. since i was planning on having a slim-fast shake and i use the blinder for mine with ice and its loud (shes a lite sleeper!) anywho i will figure something out. :leaving:
 
heY its me again... just got done eatting dinner about an house ago....I have done really good today!! Back on track..YAY:hurray: well this is how my day went.....

Biggest Loser Dvd 30 min. ;)

Late Breakfast:
Slim-fast shake
1/2 turkey sandwhich

Late Lunch:
Slim-fast Shake

Dinner:
Grilled-chicken with green peppers/onions
Rice
5 Fries
Side Salad
1 Dinner roll
all from Showmars

Snack:
Weight watcher ice cream bar (for later..hehe)
 
amber, im glad u had a good day today!! :) Dont let one bad day throw u off, just get right back on track like u did. Way to go~!! By the way, i've never tried the BL DVDs. Are they good? i was afraid to buy them b/c i know i dont have the equipment like they do on the shows. I really dont have any equipment except dumbbells.

Well, hope u are having a better night tonight. i am off to bed now, its around 1:00 am here, talk more soon

hey yes they are really good i have the both of them the 1st one and the 2nd. The 1st one i dont really do, its soooo hard and painful! The 2nd one is my favorite though, you can customize it to make how you want and what you want to do!
 
its me again..well i just got done doing my workout!! I did 30 min. on the treadmill and arm weights w/crunches.... i'm about to go eat my lunch..write back later!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE!!

hello...well its back to the samething tomorrow..i got back to school in the morning....The classes that i'm taking are medical administration and medical terminology..it shouldnt be to bad at least i hope!!!
Well I had a pretty good day! So this is how it went.....

Workout:
30 min on treadmill
arm weights
crunches

Breakfast:
Slim-fast shake

Lunch:
Slim-fast shake
1/2 turkey sandwhich

Snack:
Apple
2 Kiwi

Dinner:
Shrimp sauteed
Corn on the cob
beans

Snack:
WW ice cream bar
 
well I had the worse night..Bella did not want to sleep last night..of all nights being that i have school today. She woke up at 3 am and i had to be up at 6am, well needless to say i never went back to sleep. Its gonna the LONGEST day ever.:cuss: I am dreading it badly!!! I hope this dont effect me and my eatting! Well hope everyone has a good week!
 
Congratulations for staying on track with a baby and going to school and everything...that must be pretty challenging. Just keep in mind the fitter you are, the more energy you'll have to keep up with the kid! ;)

Thanks...yeah it can be challenging but I love it, I would change it for the world!! Its not that bad though I only have 2 classes a day Monday- Thursday and off on Friday and its from 8-1 no too bad!! And it helps too that i'm not working! Hope that your doing well yourself, have a good week!
 
medical classes...good for you! it must be tough looking after a child, studying and working! you are doing great! don't let one day bother you...i'm sure you will be fine.
