!! I'm soooo proud of you for sticking to 1 1/2! Some people just can eat and eat. On the other hand though, it's funny that sometimes those people really want to GAIN SOME weight and can't. What a paradox! HAHA~!

And as far as staying away from the snacks today, what I have been doing lately, is when I want to snack I tell myself, fine...but drink 16oz of water FIRST, then see how you feel! Most often, I feel kinda full...and I snack less.

But I will definitely make it my goal to get to the gym 5 times this week - I am assuming we will have a snow day and if that happens the gym will be shut down so it might just be 4... if so I will just make my work outs harder

and had a few mini rice cakes and some popcorn to munch on but for dinner I made chicken and a sweet potato with a piece of toast (on 35 cal bread). No snacks after that which was around 7PM and I didn't hit the hay until 10PM. The roomie wanted to order pizza for dinner, I didn't give her much of a response so I think that changed her mind on buying it. Thankfully she didn't buy any because that might have changed up the night a little bit!
