CAN you believe I lasted 25 days??? My next goal is to last 25 more days!!
With the limited amount of exercise I do, I'm surprised that I'm not losing weight at average 1400 calories since I'm so heavy...like how could my body NOT want to let go of this weight? It's annoying, but I'm just waiting for that *sudden* drop, that one day, where I wake up 2 pounds lighter...come on!! I'm going down to LA next Friday, so let's drop a few more LBs..C'mon! I even burn a few more calories a few times a week when I go to the gym or ride my bike...what's wrong with my body?
I realize I need to exercise enough to feel an ache to lose weight...
I need to poo, but I'm feeling constipated. I hope my exercise tonight forces me to poo tomorrow! I won't weigh myself tomorrow, but will on Tuesday. Waiting for me to poooooo....i pooed something super small...gahh can't wait for something large and healthy!!
The korean stews aren't fattening at all, if anything the fat from a new york steak is all that makes it bad. I just ate alot of it! The fried pancakes are fattening, but I did OK today...The korean stew was super spicy so my metabolism SHOULD BE roaring. I ate
1250 calories today, which is below my 1300 calorie daily maximum!
I need to take some measurements and pictures...will do on Tuesday morning

I plan on exercising EVERYDAY this week, gotta lose this weight!!
This week, i'm going to exercise stronger so i can lose some big pounds! get me out of this rut! eugh
