OFFICIAL WW WEIGHT: 154 lbs!!! I am now down 57 lbs total!
So I guess my new workout bits are doing their job. I even went out and bought some actual workout pants, instead of the old shorts my friend gave me yrs ago that are now waaaaay too big! I was worried at the last bootcamp that they might actually fall down around my ankles...

HEATHER:
Thanks for stopping by to cheer me on. It feels great to be moving in the right direction again! My next goal is 145, with my ultimate goal being 135 lbs. At 145 I can become a "lifetime" member of WW (not having to pay dues again as long as I keep my weight within 2 lbs or so). Also, once I reach that weight I can begin working for WW, which I would find loads of fun!

Here's to more shrinkage...
ABBA
So we are limiting what she is allowed to do, and just trying to include her and keep her talking.
I am determined to work out as hard as possible and get my money's worth, dangnabit!!! Also I want the scales to register a good loss every week until I hit goal. Even though my throat hurts
and I am very tired!

when I tell them I plan to lose another 19 lbs! It's funny. I do find it odd, as I only want to get down to 135, and don't find that at all unreasonable for my height of 5'4". Perceptions are often wonky, though. People don't think I look 154 lbs - but WHAT does 154 lbs look like?
Thanks, Aunt flo...
Very exciting, as Cory has never been willing to take us camping before. I took our girls camping when they were very small, which they don't remember. We have other friends who are going too, which is great, as we are not very experienced campers! I hope it doesn't rain, and that we have a super time.

What a way to cheer a gal up when that dang scale seems to be stuck! Also I measured my waist last night, and it is down to 29 inches!
Nice.
That is truly brilliant! Here's to finding all our clothes miles too big!
I find it weird that any other person besides my doctor would even OFFER an opinion on how much weight I should lose! Truly, it is no one's business but my own. I think there are many reasons (even some that folks themselves may not be aware of) why other people can get "uncomfortable" with our weight loss.
