Yes, HH, when I calculated it, it was between 7 and 8, but I figured I'd go w/ 7 since he does a cool-down at the end w/ abs which aren't as ball-busting. Oh he's a jerk!!! Sorry. I just can't stand him.
OK, so I'd had 16 by lunch. For the rest of the day ...
Sn: Protein bar (5.5 - gasp!!)
D: Chicken soup (wish I could have sent some to HH to help her get well!), wheat toast (which I mistakenly put butter on - grr!). The soup is homemade and super healthy - just chicken, vegies, a bit of rice, and spices. (Yummy!) So I'm guessing it was 4 or 5 points, 1 point for the bread, and 1 for the butter. I tried to scrape it off, but couldn't get it all.
Sooo that's a grand total of 28.5 even w/ the extra point in the soup (which I don't think is actually there). That means I'm .5 point under!! Yippeeeee!!! What a difference from 42 pts. on Monday!!!!
