Hi all!
If you can believe this, I got on the scale today and I'm down to 156! Is it possible to lose that much weigh in one week - 5 lbs. since last Tuesday? WHY aren't I in a challenge??? LOL!
So today, I ran 1 mile, did 1 hour of step/sculpt, and another 20 minutes (1.5 miles) on the treadmill afterward. Awesome workout!! I calculated it at 8 pts. Seems like a lot, but whatever.
Food: (22 + 8 activity pts.)
B: kashi and coffee (6.5)
L: Roast beef sandwich (2 slices wheat bread) (2), roast beef (3 pts.), lettuce, dijon mustard, 10 quakes, almost a whole apple, limeade for a total of 7.5.
14 pts. so far, leaving a whopping 16 for the rest of the day. yay! That's great for my big pork tenderloin dinner I'm fixing.
So do you think it's possible that I'm actually 156???? I checked twice, but isn't it just the illness from the weekend??
