today is a light day for working out as i have a class for my PT course this morning (a business unit YUK) but i have hit the heavy bag for a bit of a workout practicing muay thai stuff.

she and her fat daughter began laughing at my youngest because he made a mistake in class :cuss: he has enough trouble learning to cope with normal social interaction without fuck heads making things worse. in the end i didn't get physical but i did call her a fucking ugly brain dead fat bitch.

Laughing = Meltdown without exception. Arrrg the challenges of kids with Autism.

10 min stairmaster max lvl + vest

Bench Press 6 X 5 @ 50 kg
Chest Press 3 X 8 @ 70 kg
Chest Press Drop sets from 40 kg down
Single Arm chest press 3 X 8 @ 40 kg
Shoulder Press 3 X 8 @ 40 kg
Straight arm Lat Pushdowns 3 X 10 @ 40 kg (also works the tricep long head)
Cable Flys 3 X 8 @ 20 kg

1 hour Pump class

it was hard to get into the workout today, I kept the weights light as i think i must have been sweating bourbon :cheers2: after last nights Angels concert.
 
hey relly, i ended up wearing an older pair of jean as i couldnt find a pair that would fit when i went shopping. I have a size 14 waist (10 US) but my Quadriceps are to big :ack2: and i couldn't get any pairs over my legs even when i went up in size :( it would have been like wearing a tent around the middle by the time i found jeans to go over my legs.



i prolly should mention my T shirt got a bit of attention lol I had a couple of groups of young men taking photo's of my chest lol it realy draws attention to the assets.
 
That sucks Tru.My waist is abt 6 inches smaller than my hips, sooo everythign always falls off of me and now it is worst with my ass gettin smaller HEH...I ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS have to yank up my panties and pants and when I do my clinic walk I have to tie my waist up with an elastic, LOL

i wanna see that shirt woman:D!!!
 
I didn't train yesterday but i did have a sports massage on my shouders and neck, my shoulders were a mess of knots and i won't be training again today.

my stress levels are REALY high after another incident at school with Dec which was handled extremely badly AGAIN. Most of today will be spent on the phone trying to get response from regional. I almost put my fist into someones jaw when they sneaked up behind me yesterday afternoon, thankfully i didn't connect but i was only an inch away when i pulled it back, the ppl around me went white.

i have only 3 more training sessions planned before having complete rest (and another couple of massages) prior to the titles.
 
Sounds good:hug2:I know it must have been major and you are really stressed if you are jumping and came that close to punching someone...I will be in chat tonight:)
 
Today was my last Deadlift session prior to the state titles and consisted of a brief warmup followed by a practice run consisting of three lifts 100 kg, 120 kg and 125 kg (275 lb) but depending on how i feel i will push for a 130 kg (286 lb) or higher final lift in comp.

I have 2 more training sessions prior to a weeks rest 1 squat session and 1 bench session.
 
it's been a while since i posted in here, not that many ppl read it anyway lol

i am 3 days out from comp, will report back in again sometime after saturday

I am state PL champ for another year in my division
I am 3rd across ALL female weight divisions based on the Wilks formula
I am Bench Press champ in my division

I Qualified for the National Titles in Bench Press


and i didnt eat any junk after the comp :sifone:
 
Wow, congratulations!!! That's very impressive, and a major payoff for all your hard work. That makes me want to work harder.
