A new stage of the journey

It has been a mixed day today, I had to drive to Noosa for my sons speech therapy again today but spent an hour at the beach beforehand watching the surfers with the hot bods lol. the day was generally relaxed till this afternoon when i felt like putting another parents teeth down the back of her fat mouth at matial arts after she and her fat daughter began laughing at my youngest because he made a mistake in class :cuss: he has enough trouble learning to cope with normal social interaction without fuck heads making things worse. in the end i didn't get physical but i did call her a fucking ugly brain dead fat bitch.

Laughing = Meltdown without exception. Arrrg the challenges of kids with Autism.

today i will be hitting the gym for a max benchpress day assuming a have a helper to drag my shirt on. with only 3 weeks left till comp and only 2 training weeks left it is now time to cut salt (even lower than it already is) and add extra water from my usual 3 - 4 litres a day up to al least 4 on a regular basis preff higher. now is when i have to cut water weight right down till weight in on the morning of the comp.

with a bit of luck i will be able to push a 100 kg bench with all the stored anger i have from yesterday.
 
Had an intense workout this morning, bench press with lots of singles at 90 kg followed by sets of 3 at 80 kg before moving on to drop sets for DB bench press and seated rows followed by isolation exercises.

the drop sets had me as a sweaty mass of jello breathing heavily in the middle of the gym floor :sifone: but i think i may have to go easy in ladies hour next time as some of the oldies looked like they were going to have heart attacks just watching :leaving:

I got some wonderful bite marks from the bench shirt :) but i need to keep this intensity up for the next 2 weeks followed by a rest week pre comp.

I WILL qualify for the Australian Bench Press titles
I WILL be Australian Champion even if it kills me lol

I just want to say WOW!! You have a Great workout plan. See, i say to myself I THINK I am pretty much strong when it comes to strenth and cardio. But now I am second guessing that. LOL!

Going good today so far! Keep going. LOl! I love the stair master at the gym..Wait.. Is it stair master or stepper? I get confused. But I when i do go to the gym I get up on it for 45 minutes. I am beat after :ack2:. Well, enjoy your weekend. Drink your WATER!!
 
stairmast/stepper are much the same thing depending on brand.

Today i was looking for something cool to wear and decided to put on my old Broomball shirt which i havn't worn since i was a fit 19 year old :sifone: hmmm not bad fitting into a 17 year old shirt.

i posted a link in someone elses diary to a size converter for clothing and discoved that my size 14 jeans would be a size 10 in the US and that is with room to move :)

i may not be around much in the next few days depending on where cyclone Hamish decides to cross the coast. Tourists and visitors have been evacuated from the island offshore and we are under a cyclone watch warning.

this mornings cyclone update



it is good to see that it in no longer a category 5 and had dropped to a cat 4 cyclone

BUT the throttle on my chainsaw has busted so if DH can't get it fixed in town today we are gonna have a hard time dealing with any fucking trees that may come down.

the wind is begining to pick up but nothing bad yet.

i will also have to be carefull of snakes as i have a fair number tin sheets i need to pick up around where we have been building a new shed. DH was threatened by one yesterday but at least it was only a red belly.

Rotator Cuff

Shoulder rotations 3 X 10 @ 15 kg
Body Blade 3 minutes each shouder (horizontal)
Body Blade 3 minutes each shoulder (vertical)
DB Alphabets 3 X 10 @ 3 kg


Full stretching routine

feeling good today, the cyclone is moving away and the cyclone warning has been cancelled this morning. A separate severe wind warning is still in effect.
 
Sounds like you are doing amazing! Fitting in to a 17 year old shirt, that is just to cool! I seen you picture in the challenge thread and I must say you have some amazing legs woman! Sorry to read about people and how they can be towards your son! I can't understand why in the hell a grown ass woman would do that and point it out to her daughter!! I feel bad for her daughter having to grow up with that! Who doesn't make mistakes? I sure hope your son can shrug it off, easier said that done I know.

Your doing Awesome with your workouts. Keep it up. You get me motivated :) Glad to hear the cyclone has moved. I get really nervous when I hear about all the bad storms we get. I cant imagine being near a cyclone.
