A new stage of the journey

It is almost 8:30 in the evening and i am smothered in Deep Heat in the hope my upper body DOMS will feel a bit better tomorrow but i am expecting not to be able to move my legs much in the morning :D the rest of the family is avoiding me due to the stench of the deep heat lol

hubby was talking to my coach this afternoon while i watching the kido's at matial arts and she said that they were all proud of me at the gym :sifone: there are more members each day saying they will be at the titles to watch. YAY i have fans ROFLMAO.

4 weeks to go and 2.5 kg more to loose (assuming my scales are correct) i need to get access to some calibrated scales to check my correct weight.

HEY! sorry it ttook so long but thanks for stopping in on my journal! Thats so cute your kids are like little fans... that has to feel pretty good to know your kids really do look up to what you do and are proud of you!
BTW Love the new AVI :seeya:

Hell yes you should have fans!!! The people at the gym would have to be DEAD not to take note of your superiority! :hurray:

Sorry about the DOMS, have great workouts this week!

 Hey Tru thanks for stopping by all the time.. I'm excited for this 6 week challenge and I'm glad were all in it together.. Your doing amazing and I wish your the best these 6 weeks and forever...:Angel_anim:

Urgh, i have spent all morning looking at case studies in the fitness industry and my brain is fried. as this followed a shitty chaotic morning getting kids and hubby organised for the day.

I hope to get into the gym tonight for a back workout.

Hey Tru,
I knew I would reach you name finally on the list of competitors!!Good luck, girl!!
I also wanted to thank you for your kind notes you always leave on my journal!
Keep up the hard work, cant wait to see what we achieve on this 6 week challenge.

wow!! yoga with your son?? how cool!! no way i could get finn to do that!!

anyway...even if he would he tends to be quite noisy...repeating lines from cartoons/movies etc...so it would be very distracting for the others in class!!

btw
you are all so busy going from one diary to another with words of support re the challenge ...just to let y'know you don't have to include me...as i wimped out on day one...i left a message on cinderellys diary for my shame!! :blush5:

Just wanted to stop by and say hi. Sorry you're having a chaotic day but hopefully it'll calm down and you can get your work out in :) ~Lisa

thankfully my eldest son is the same one in our family lol, he makes a super effort in being able to cope with his 2 younger brothers who like finn would never cope with yoga.

Today i need to drive to Noosa for a 1.5 hour speach therapy session for my youngest so i am trying to keep stress levels as low as possible as the chances of a meltdown are very high today.

I was absolutly amazed today, my youngest done sooo well with his new speach therapist he even made eye contact YAY !!!!! no meltdowns it was fanfuckingtastic.

for lunch i had an awesome gluten free chicken swerma the old lebonese cook couldn't speak much english but damn i will be going back there again. of course i have no idea how many calories but it was totaly worth it :)
