it has bee a little while since i last posted, training has been ok despote a few hot days, diet has been a little off as TOM is visiting.
In the next couple of week i will be looking at ordering some new lifting gear (Bench shirt, Squat suit, deadlift suit) so that after a little practice i will be able to compete on a level playing field at the state titles next year, up to this point my lifts have been RAW competing against lifters in gear.
the next state titles will be next april some time so it is time to kick my training into gear from off season workouts to a peaking cycle for april so I can qualify for nationals a few months after. I need to add 50 kg across my three lifts to qualify. (or 5 kg to bench press for the bench only comp)
my weight is still a problem and hope to be able to get to see a registered dietitian within the next month.
