Ive been thinking about having a shake before my work out and after so i can ensure im gettin my proteins in, do you recommend that?''I read your work outs and shake my head, lol.Good for you for all that you do, crazy wmn!
Giving up caffine was the best thing I did but when I struggle for energy it sucks.Ive been trying to find a replacement for the energy for over a yr now.lol.I always have one cup of tea in the am while im at work and then a berry smoothie, the smoothie seems to work...but i was a die hard coffee drinker I still miss it but it started making me feel so BLAH ya know.

. hell i even manages a half decent splits in the air lol not a bad cooldown at the end of class and a 36 year old woman who had not done anything gymnastic like since I was a teen.
I have now found my new warmup routine
