Hut the gym this morning

20 minutes elyptical (10 km)

Upper body

Bench 4 sets of 16 @ 40 kg (30 seconds rest between sets)
Incline bench 3 sets
Incline DB press 3 sets
Preacher curls 3 sets

I have to go to a re - entry meeting at 1pm so my youngest can go back to school after his latest suspension. It seems I am always at the school for some type of meeting or another :( with 2 special needs sons it comes close to getting on top of me at times.

will visit diaries and post again later tonight
 
no , it was yesterday but he is back at school today, but if he gets suspended to many more time he will be excluded and i will have to home school uuurggh :banghead:

the length of his suspensions get longer for each offence no matter what he has done :(

I have to admit eating 2 small slices of gluten free mud cake today + i licked the mixing spoon ..... o well I don't eat cake often as it is to much effort to cook most of the time and any other cake i can't eat beacause of the gluten.

Just waiting for my lunch to finish cooking, lean chicken breast cooked in the oven with a few spices added.

Pretty cool to here about some of the details. I'd love to live on 15 acres in the middle of nowhere, even with the snakes...
 
I have spent most of today driving, I had to take one of my sons to the pediatrician, I am glad i left an hour early as usual because there was a truck roll over on the highway causing an awfull delay in the trafic, the driving visiblilty was shocking in the wet weather.

a few hours in the car each way for a doctors apointment is NOT FUN
 
there nuthin worse than feelin like shit on ya birthday :ack2:, i have a friging congested chest, I can't work out and I have been like a bear with a sore head to everybody around me for the last few days grrr, hopefully i will be feeling better tomorrow.

I am feeling a bit better today, a little less congested but have been coughing a lot of shit up. I have got to knuckle down and do some study today and unfortunately looks like time for working out will be limited with one of my boys at home today.

I am so impressed with your 40kg presses. I am a foot and a half taller male, and I am lifting less and struggling LOL

still not 100% but have done a little walking this morning and half an hour on the heavy bag, I should by studying but just can't get my head into it this morning. I am so nervous about this weekend, i had never envisioned myself as an aerobics instructor and learning to do choriography is giving me nightmares arrrg, I just dont feel confident in front of groups but put me 1 0n 1 with someone in the weights room i am fine grrr.
 
I bet you'll be fine once you get started - so often the anticipation is the worst. You have a LOT to offer your students and I'm sure they will love you. Start simply!!??
