Exercise: Did i mention that i did a
7 mile run!!! and day 1 of C25K with Sophie
I've had another lovely day. I've lost 4lb, which has taken me to 50lb loss (again) I've now lost over 3 and a half stone (again) and now i have under a stone to go
I went for my run and omg it was so so cold this morning and yes, i am that pathetic, i set my alarm to get up and go early! I warmed up after about 15 mins running but then got really cold doing the run with Sophie cos we walked lots. Sophie did really good, bless her and she is definalty up for doing the whole thing

My legs are proper sore now and i think it is more due to the interval run with Sophie cos my muscles were cold. Came home, had my second breakfast then got into a lovely hot bath
I've spent the rest of the afternoon watching 'Downton Abbey' Totally love it
Jess I know, how great that i have got someone else to have a go at running!! That's you, my sister-in-law, Rob, Rachel and Sophie

Sophie said that i should be a personal trainer!!! She said that i can persude people to do it cos they can see the difference in me, not just phsically but how much happier i am in myself. She also said that i am the first person ever that has managed to get her to exercise!!! Cool huh

Don't worry about your heart rate. It is supose to go at about 140 beats a minute when you are working out. Also when you get use to running you don't notice it anymore. A bit like you breathing, the fitter you get the more it slows

Spending time on our own is something we need to do as people i think. You will find you enjoy the 'mental space' you get while running when it isn't such an effort.
And thank you so so much for your wonderfully kind words, you make me blush

Lastly.....I am so so chuffed that my run made you do yours when you wern't going to

I am not going to let you give up on this, you do know that dont you
Sarah I started doing the C25K about 10 days after i started trying to lose weight so i was about 206lb then. Yes it was hard but it was totally do-able. I don't want to push you into it (well, yes i do really but i won't

) but don't think that you are too heavy to run. I managed it

And thtnk you so so much for your kind words, it really is appreciated
