You are so right Veronique, we have to just accept it and move on, it's only one week of our lives. I'm determined to not let it continue on. Next week will be better for the both of us!I am feeling the same no workout this week and crapy eating so we have to accept it and move on ....next week just has to be better!

Well I have done incredibly well so far today and am about to get some cardio and strength training in. Wish me luck!

awesome job. I remember there was a month that I lost only one pound...and then another when I gained five
lol I did ok on my calc II exam...a high "B" which is okay as long as I make A's for the rest. I realise with calcII that doing a lot of exercises is important. But I feel good that it's over with and I can move on...the upcoming lectures are the fun stuff
