19 days.. Geesh, I would kill myself if it was that long. Well, probably not, but I can't even imagine it. But, i'm taking pills - they do a good job of curbing side effects.

Well 19 days.. yeah, rather than a 28 day cycle. So.. there are days I want to smack myself repeatedly.. :) Anyhow.. I could take medication, but for other medical reasons I chose not to. So I just have to suckit up and deal and stop being a whiny wuss every month!! :rolleyes:

Hey NL! I know what you mean when you said " to smack myself repeatedly.." My last cycle was 21 day's so i thought I was gonna pull out all my hair by the time it was over with! Normally I dont have a cycle at all but now i'm on medication.. and it's awful how emotional TOM will make you feel! I had thought's last week that I'd never thought about having! lol.. Anyway I hope you have a good week!!

Well by stuff found online. Tina provided me with links, for the calculator etc. So I bookmarked them on my laptop at home. Just don't have them here at work!
 
That's what I am doing. She sent me that link to the calculator too. Did she also send you that link I sent to her that has the points list for lots of different foods?

yep! she did..but again all at home. :( lol.. oy!! I'll have to look up stuff tonight.. although I think I'm doing another bagel for lunch. Its either that or McD's salad!
 
I am a little concerned that some of those points on the list are wrong, from what Cassie said was in the book she has. But it will give us a good estimate, I guess. :D

Really? Hmm that is a good question. Maybe we should just pick Cassies brain from time to time?? lol. :) She might get sick of us, asking her to tell us what our points are.. lol!! but if anything maybe the web link over estimates the points.. so then we're sort of "Better safe than sorry" attitude..? :)

Oh..and I'm also calculating points and my calories, to make sure Im at 1200 or around there. ;)
 
She probably wouldn't mind. I already have been bugging her about points. Lol! :D Some things on the list are apparently under. For example, on the online list, it says 3 points for a pork chop. Cassie said the book says 6! :eek: And I think we determined yesterday that the online list has the wrong points for margarine. :rolleyes: Maybe we should just go by the online list so it is less points! Lol! :D

ROFL!!! Pick away, my friend, pick away!! :D I used to count calories AND points, too, but my brain started to hurt! LOL SInce, if I get all my points (24) I have been getting around 1200, give or take a few, I decided to just count my points :eek: I am sure you'll do awesome :D PM me if you need info on things :D I dont' mind in the least :D I can send you the list I sent HH via email if you'd like - PM me if you want them :D (what spreadsheet program do you have??)

Keep up the awesome work - I know you'll do great with WW :D
 
Weight: 159.5lbs NOT happy. :(
Water: 52 oz so far
Exercise: 30 minutes on ellipitical 20 minutes lower body weights
Steps: 14,494
Breakfast: berry smoothie approx. 200 calories
Snack:rice cakes 100 calories
Lunch:ham sandwich with fat free cheese on wheat bread, no condiments 230 calories
Snack: 20 oz. pepsi & rice cake 300 calories
Subtotal: 830 calories, no idea on points have to look later!
Dinner: pork chop & some stuffing 450 calories
Total Calories: 1280

I'm in denial, I don't want to change my ticker. :(

NTL: Thank you!! :) To get in my full 10,000 steps guess I'll be walkin my dogs tonight! :D

In my attempts to cheer up NewBride I gave her some advice. Now I am trying to swallow it myself. With my weight going back up 7lbs and I am sure it isn't just water. :( I am pretty frustrated right now. So I am reiterating the good things in my life, more for my own sake.. so hope not to bore anyone!

1. I have a wonderful fiance, who I will be marrying in 10 weeks on June 10th!
2. My family is fabulous and I love them dearly
3. I have great friends, and awesome weight-loss buddies that I could not do
without!
4. I have another interview this Friday, with a hearing clinic. I've worked at
two in the past and can really thrive in these places. I'm very excited
about it!
5. My weight does not define me. I am beautiful no matter what the scale
indicates.
