Ok. ok.. so this morning is a screw up! Well sort of. I still plan to keep at 1200 calories. Which may be a challenge, but I have to do it. I wanted a scone and coffe and I had them. So I will account for those calories!
Ok, now as for Weight Watchers. I think the program is great, and I don't want o offend any of my WW buddies, but right now with my life and the wedding planning, its too hard for me to calcuate the points, versus looking at a pkg of something and knowing what my calories are. So I REALLY want to do this and I think I will focus on it AFTER the wedding in June. That's just like 10 weeks away. So.. please forgive me ladies!! I really do appreciate all your great help Cassie, HH & Tina!!

I'm sorry I'm bailing uh at the start on my THIRD day!! But I'm just, delaying it. I will keep my calories at 1200 and my cardio etc going though!
Water: 76 oz (look at that water go up!)
Exercise:30 minutes hill intervals on treadmill & 20 mins upper body weights.
Breakfast: Grande non-fat cinnamon latte 350 calories, cinnamon scone 470,
820 calories 
Not much for the rest of the day! oops!
Lunch: salad w/ minimal dressing
300 calories
Exercise: Ran 25 minutes with Winston.
Steps: 13895
Dinner:cup of crock pot meal,
310 calories
Subtotal: 1430 calories
Hmm an 80 calorie dinner. lol!
Note: No lower back or hip pain today! YAY! Only frustration is that my poor doggy seems to have some sort of skin thing going on. I realized after his bath last night that the hair is even thinning out there. So I really need to get him in to the Vet's soon.

Bummer! Hope its nothing too serious.
