A new beginning...

Now that you gals mention bizzarr dreams... I remembered I had them too. Actually even just when I met my husband, before we even decided to get married.

New Leaf, I'm software engineer, not a councelor. But thank you for the compliment. :)

Hehe, you're welcome.. how funny. :) Well see your proof, software engineers have feelings too!! :D

My dreams are really odd. For instance, last night I was dreaming that I was at my office, the day before my wedding and really busy. It suddenly dawns on me that I need to get out of the office and head to the hair dressers because my wedding is THAT night and I still need my hair done! I also find out on my way that none of my sister's appointments with the hair dresser have been made. So I am running around frantically getting in touch with them to find out if they still need an appointment. I run to one of my sister's and her hair is extremely short. I looked at her and said "Since your hair is so short and you can do it nicely yourself, you dont' want to waste money on a hair dresser do you? " She ponders it and confirms that she can do it herself. So off I go to the hair dresser, only to remember in the midst of my "do" that my wedding isn't until the next day! Saturday! (which is true!) It was just.. very odd. I mean the odd part mainly being that my sister had the shortest hair ever.. which in reality, all four of us girls have the longest hair in years for this wedding.. lol!!! I dunno.. its weird. :)

i had one that i was late the day of the wedding...and i just didn't care!!! i wanted to sleep or something and not go deal with getting all ready! how crazy is that?!?!? weird stuff.

Everything before the wedding felt so unreal to me, like it was some movie and I was someone else. I questioned whether that meant I was not supposed to marry that guy. But the funny thing was - after the wedding everything fell into place like majic, and I had no doubt in my mind that I've made the right choice.

hey, i used to have goofy dreams before i would give birth, and some of em were nightmares! like forgetting where i left the baby, and such...

on your own business..to me the only way to go. my H runs computer repairs and networking, and I think I have decided to go back to school to polish my web making skills(self taught, but not good enough yet) so the classes will boost my confidence i think. My H gets requests for webpages, and I always say nah, dont feel Im good enough...well, I want to do it and get good and find my own business. All it takes is a well timed ad in the yellow pages, and a well designed site of my own...soon...real soon...

hey, just think, after the wedding, you will probably have such blah dreams you wont even remember them! just listen to your dreams, and youll find that its just your mind giving you insight into what you are worried about, and youll be able to deal better with your anxieties over it. Im just big on listening to em, and figuring out what they mean.:D

I used to have those crazy dreams while I was pregnant too. Stress from having the baby, I guess. And you have so much stress from planning the wedding. It will be fine. You are doing great on resisting those temptations! :D

I've got my pedometer!! Going to snap it on in a minute, once I figure out how the dang doo-dad works! ;)

Haha, that was toooo easy! :) Alright.. Paula and Sarah you girls better be ready come Monday!!! :D

I had one of those McDonald's pedometers they were giving out a couple of years ago... it was basically junk, but I guess that's what you get for not paying for your equipment :p

BTW, would I get an "eFriend" discount if I ordered my wedding invitations from you? :D

Hehe, yes you would!! :) Of course ya might want to wait until the site is updated with a full picture gallery, and concepts of what the actual invitations look like!! lol! :)

That's not too bad. The day is not over yet, plus it was only 1/2 a day.

I swear with my job I probably do like 200 steps a day. Its sad. Kitchen-couch-car-my cubicle is about the right cycle... The only thing that saves me is horses and just a bit of exercise that I started on. ;)

Hope you have a good weekend! Be strong with food! You can do it!!!

Mornin' NewLeaf :D I agree with Kate. Your dreams are trying to tell you what you're worried about. Stress is an evil little monster that can be a major PIA when it picks your sleep to invade  Your site is great! Flash does not equal BETTER. Flash = hard on the brain and confusion. You can get your business going - its hard, but you CAN do it (we run two home businesses). Have a great day and keep up the great work :D Your steps will get there don't be so hard on yourself :D

Good morning to everyone!!
I confess today seems to be a bit of a struggle so far as I have already eaten breakfast and crave some thing moree. I just can't figure out why this morning. I am not hungry!

Breakfast: bagel with light cream cheese 300 calories & OJ 100 calories, 400 calories 4 points WW (i think!)

Self Talk: I do not need another bagel. I am not hungry right now!

So I've been chatting with Redneckwoman thi smorning and she's got me pondering weight watchers! I think I am going to give it a go :) I think it really be a good method for me. I'll still count my calories and my points.. just to keep myself busy :) Wish me luck.. so far I've learned I can have 22 points. :D Maybe I'll brush up my math skills in the process!! :D
