Ya know what I love about you NewLeaf? You're real, and you're not affraid to post whats really going on. Whenever I start to stray from the diet, I always seem to avoid the forums, because of the guilt involved.

You own up to your struggles, and by reading that your helping us all -- it helps us remember that we're all human, and this isn't easy.

You're doing great NewLeaf, so lets knock out these last 20 or so lbs together. :)

Chris..thank you! You are so sweet! Well.. I try to keep it "real" here. :) lol.. by posting I do have to own up to someone..and it really stops me from binging at times.. its great.. and getting the support from members like you, totally keeps me motivated!!! :D

Hmm.. so pondering my employment scenario still. Heard that they hired someone for that other job. Which was ok because I would of declined it anyhow. :) They just saved me an awkward conversation! :D

Anyhow.. wishing I could get my own stationary business off the ground, I havent' focused much on it at the moment.. my site is awful, since I don't have the flash skills to design a proper site just as of yet. I've only got this thus far.. Not pretty! But Sid when he has time will be creating a fabulous site for me with my insight and his own. :) Looking forward to that. Anyhow.. these are just my random babblings.. I hae the office ot myself right now so.. I'm passing time more or less!..

New Leaf, so far design looks good. You don't have to use flash to make a great site. In fact many sites way overuse flash. You can creat very elegant, fast and easy to navigate site without flash. To me its the concept of overall "look and feel" what is attractive, not necessarily any fancy features. :)

NTL: thanks.. its just got a lot of little flaws here and there, and I"m learning the whole process of HTML by scratch, with input from Sid. :) I'd like it to have a different look/feel, but I'm still getting there. Its more of a pipe dream than anything else.

So NTL what do you do exactly ? I mean you just seem to be like queen of supportive words, I love it! Are you a counseler or something? :) Sorry to be so nosey you just have me curious! ;)
 
GOOD MORNING!!! :) Ok, I'm slackin off on the gym, but I will get back. Just, motivation is lacking lately. I figure, I curve my binge eating right now and the gym is the next step. :)

Breakfast: bagel w/ light cream cheese 300 calories & cup of coffee 35 calories 335 calories total
Snack:Wheat thins 130 calories
Lunch:Cup of Chicken Voila! 250 calories
Snack:jerky 80 calories
Drink:Coke 0 calories
Dinner:soup bowl at Quiznos, bag of chips, 400 calories
Dessert:bowl of light ice cream 200 calories

Chocolate, I crave it! Call it PMS, I don't know. Alas. I must wait. :)

Thoughts: Really wanted to get a scone at Starbucks. Reminded myself that those little trips add up after awhile, and that I had perfectly tasty bagels in the fridge at home. Food isn't going to fix or change the fact that I still have to go to work. Still wanting to eat after breakfast at the office. Sid's helping remind me that I need to distract my mind and think of something else. So on to wedding planning! ;)

good morning! i avoided starbucks this morning as well. i wanted to treat myself but i skipped it...not an easy task!!!! great job!!

Oh its so not easy. :) I always want to reward myself on Friday,s for making it TO Friday. lol. How exactly eating calories to put on weight is going to be a reward beats me! ;) I can't figure out why food is so gratifying to me.

Anyhow... just ordered my custom fortune cookies for our wedding favors. I'm so excited. :) Now maybe I will stop having those VERY bizarre wedding dreams.
 
nope. aint gonna happen. my bizarre wedding dreams started as well. funny cuz everyone says you get them...but mine are weird...

i saw those fortune cookie things..they are adorable!!!!
