A new beginning...

Ok, I admit I'm a nut. (Cassie, are you reading this? :) ) I thought you meant that stuff you can buy that is a smoothie mix and all you have to do is put it in the blender with something I can't remember. I didn't realize you meant just a package of berries. Lol! I don't know, I am kind of weird about trying new things. I've never actually had a smoothie except for when I used that mix that I was talking about. It sounds really good though, so I might have to break down and try it. Of course, I will have to talk hubby into going to the store and looking for those berries, or wait until I can go. :rolleyes:

Nahh you're nut a nut! ;) I would of thought it was one of those mixes too! They're pretty easy. :) Well let me know if you do ever try it, what you think of it.. Pretty much its my FH's creation so who knows! :)

Exercise:11 minutes on ellipitical, 30 minutes on treadmill & stretching!! :D
Lunch:hamburger & fries (home made)620 calories
Snack:special K bar & muffin 220 calories
Dinner:turkey sandwich 250 calories
Dessert:snack pack 100 calories

Sorry!! I think the laundry is finished so I'll have to get a photo snapped today.

I'm a little frustrated right now because I asked FH to massage my lower back to help losen the muscles as I've been stretching this morning and its pretty tight so he's demanding I don't go to the gym all this week. :( He thinks its making it worse. Which isn't true, when I work out my muscles warm up and I am able to stretch and losen them even more. AGHH! :) Oh well... I'll either snea out and hit teh gym or convince him otherwise... lol..Ooh boy he was pretty perturbed at me though. hehe !

And, yes, HH is a nut - well, an acorn to be precise! LOL (Yes, HH I saw ya! :p :D) We ( HH and I) have come to the conclusion we are both certifiable! LOL

Hey ya Cassie. Thanks for the compliment. I'm struggling to see any difference.. I hate to say that but its true! Agh, perhaps its because I also had him snap a shot of my rear-end and uhm.. I was taken back by it. :( I can't even bring myself to post it here! :( Oh well at least my back look fairly decent... lol and in my wedding dress you won't be able to see my ass hidden under the big a-line skirt!! :D

Not such a great day.. at least..well I'm not even sure what I've eaten today, so thats why I thought I better attempt to write it down!!

Breakfast: 4 buttermilk pancakes..
Snack: Special K bar
Lunch: half cup of trail mix & mounds bar :eek:
Snack: snack pack cookies 100 calorie & reduced fat wheat thins 130 calories
Dinner: planned home made nachos...

I told FH that I was going to the gym tomorrow, basically he's accepted this but I can't come whinin to him if my back gets worse! :eek: If only he understood... that its been improving my back relief when I stretch after a good work out .. :) I was just really stiff this mornin from sleeping all night. But yes.. at LEAST he cares..And he trly does. He was quite cute when he demanded that I not go to the gym at all this week. :) He meant business :) I also got scolded for eating a mounds bar..but it wound up being my "lunch" (tsk tsk I know!) so I can still eat dinner. lol.. alas! The weekends are hard!!

Photo Conclusions:
My arse is huge! I'm sorry its not fair to those that may weigh more than I do, and have issues with their own butts, but I rarely get to see a snap shot of my rear-end and I had Sid take one for me today. UGH. Lets just say.. I know where the next 20lbs is coming off of! IF I'm lucky. I feel kind of trapped with my weight cycle the last few weeks. I am hoping I can get further down...really find the 140's, I just don't know. We'll see. :)
Thank again for my gang of supporters! You guys keep me going! Maybe I can kick it up this week like bootcamp style!!

Your pictures are looking good. Like you said, it hasn't been that long. As much as we want miracles to happen in a month, they just don't. At least there is improvement. And that one picture you posted of your behind looked fine. Maybe you just had a funny angle on this one? I can just imagine what mine looks like, that's why we don't go there! :rolleyes:
 
Your doing friggin amazing!!! You've worked hard, so don't think that it doesn't show... There's a total difference from beginning to now. keep it up :)
 
You look great! You have amazingly flat stomack! BTW, I'm exact same body shape as you are, except I have a big stomach too, which does not want to go away quite yet. :)

HH: Well I didn't post the most horrific pic of my rear, a straight on shot from behind!! LOL, it does not help the tight gray work out shorts just..well they wouldn't flatter many peoples arse's! :)

NTL: Thank you! :) Yes my wasit line is one thing I do pride myself on..well at least I manage to keep it for the most part no matter what weight I gain. Thankfully! Isn't it great being "bottom heavy"?? Sometimes I think my thighs will never shrink.. :eek: But keep on truckin!

Exercise: 30 minutes on bike, at 9 intensity :eek: my legs were screaming at me! Lower body weights, upped it to 3 sets of my reps instead of the normal 2. Hope this shows up in the muscle category. ;)

as a middle thick person I cant relate, but as a person who just wants to get to a NORMAL weight, I sure can! you look beautiful!
