Not such a great day.. at least..well I'm not even sure what I've eaten today, so thats why I thought I better attempt to write it down!!
Breakfast: 4 buttermilk pancakes..
Snack: Special K bar
Lunch: half cup of trail mix & mounds bar
Snack: snack pack cookies 100 calorie & reduced fat wheat thins 130 calories
Dinner: planned home made nachos...
I told FH that I
was going to the gym tomorrow, basically he's accepted this but I can't come whinin to him if my back gets worse!

If only he understood... that its been improving my back relief when I stretch after a good work out ..

I was just really stiff this mornin from sleeping all night. But yes.. at LEAST he cares..And he trly does. He was quite cute when he
demanded that I not go to the gym at all this week.

He meant business

I also got scolded for eating a mounds bar..but it wound up being my "lunch" (tsk tsk I know!) so I can still eat dinner. lol.. alas! The weekends are hard!!
Photo Conclusions:
My arse is huge! I'm sorry its not fair to those that may weigh more than I do, and have issues with their own butts, but I rarely get to see a snap shot of my rear-end and I had Sid take one for me today. UGH. Lets just say.. I know where the next 20lbs is coming off of! IF I'm lucky. I feel kind of trapped with my weight cycle the last few weeks. I am hoping I can get further down...really find the 140's, I just don't know. We'll see.
Thank again for my gang of supporters! You guys keep me going! Maybe I can kick it up this week like bootcamp style!!
