Hi, NL! I just wanted to say(off the topic) that your desinged signs always look so professional - are you graphics desinger by any chance? :) What software do you use?

hey NTL, thank you for the compliment!! But def. not a graphic designer. :) I only wish! I use Adobe Photoshop and what limited knowledge I have of it! Psst. I borrowed the fist design from elsewhere.. Thanks so much though.. honestly, my part time job/business is handmade card designs. I'd much prefer doing that, I have a website up with a few creations on there, just the FH Sid, is the web designer of the family and he hasn't had much time to help me create a real site like I desire. :) (i.e. flash etc!) so.. can't wait to do that one of these days. Which reminds me.. looking at what to order for our wedding invites as I have not enough time to make them myself, its atrocious that some can cost thousands for what they're putting out!!! I need to be doing THAT for a living.. I could make a killing. :D

Yeah, I could not believe how expensive invites are! We made ours ourselves with bought wedding invitation stock from Staples. They have a program there too, you just make your selection for printing out. If you have a good printer, that's the way to go. It takes slightly more time, but it saves tons of money, and with weddings being so expensive - every little savings helps!

Hey My Jelly Belly friends!! :) Got two of you to keep up with now.. gosh!! :) Thanks for the compliments. I am pleased with the 1.5lb loss! YAY! :)

Notes for the day: THANK goodness it is Friday folks! And the bossman is out of the office today, so we can all reek havoc... where's the margartia mix people?!! :D Anyhow.. feeling pretty good today! I have to admit, I went and hit the treadmill this morning and was like "I don't feel I'm exerting myself at all!" so I have decided tomorrow morning when I hit the gym I will be reviewing my cardio again. I think I'll bump up the speed on my treadmill work outs a snidge so I can start huffin again and push myself more. I also will attempt to hit the ellipitical more! I don't want to let down my challenge teammates or myself! :) I'm movin n' shakin.. and losing some booty.. or so I hope. :D Water wasn't so hot yesterday, so def. drinking it today. :) I was dying of thirst when I woke up.. uhm not a good sign! :)

Enlightenments of the Week:
STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH you freakin fool!!!:eek:Ok, that's a shout-out to me, not you girls. Although please do keep stretchign. Lately, it seems I hit the gym, work out and don't have time to get in my stretching before I need to rush home, get my dogs taken care of and the morning routine begins, make sure FH is up and out of bed and in the shower finally, because he moves at a snails pace! Anyhow.. stretching doesn't seem to get stuck in there anymore. BIG MISTAKE! I came home this morning and made sure I got some stretching in, and ah yes.. my back pain was plainly clear. My lower back was screaming because it was so tight and I hadn't been properly stretching. I'm a runner, I lnow this.. I know that I should stretch.. what have I been doing.. I am such a foolish girl! So... anyhow.. I am back on that game. Its helped the pain today. hoorahy.

CHAFFING is BAD! Lets just say, it was either my big shorts, my underwear or a combination of both.. but I have some wretched chaffing on the highest portion of my inner thighs. OMG I thought my skin was on fire in the shower, hadn't realized it was that bad! WOo Mama!! I know of the products to PREVENT it.. but.. doh! Just didn't realize these shorts would of done it!

Yeah the prices are nutty!!! :) Well heck all of its nutty, pricing for all wedding stuff :)

I agree, prices for wedding stuff is nutty. I guess they know people are going to pay it anyway. And some people like to go around boasting about how much they paid. sheesh! Maybe I should go into wedding planning, you can go into designing the invitations, we can get someone else to do the flowers and all that. We would all make a killing!

Hope the chaffing gets better. I know how painful that can be!

Hey Sista! I hear you about keeping up with two jelly's. I'm even getting confused! I even noticed another MJ's diary on here too. I feel like my identity has been stolen! lol J/K

Your day sounds great so far! You go with your challenge! I hope you win. You can do it sista friend! Keep up the great work, good job with the exercise. You are motivating me to get off my humps and go work it. I probably should since I am going to be chowing down today for my birthday. lol Have a great day!

Happy Friday Dana!!! Sounds like you are off to a great day. Great job on the exercise and even more so realizing that stretching is what you are needing AND even better that you recognize that your cardio strength has increased so to up the need to change the cardio some. AWESOME insight into yourself. That is great. Have a great day and keep up the great work!!

I agree, even with all the corners that can be cut and tricks that can be used, weddings are expensive affairs... I mean, supposedly its going to be one of the best days of your life, so may as well do it right, right?

Anyways, you're doing wicked as always Dana, keep it up!

Thanks girls... uhm.. maybe its my old age, but wicked is a good thing right?!! :)

Well tonight, I'm having FH take some new photos of me. I said I'd do it monthly.. not that I am down a lot from the last set, but WOOO maybe somethin has shifted around a little. HAHA. :) Lets hope you can see a difference.. look for those later tonight! :D

Ok Girl I See Your Hopping Along Good Keep That Competition Coming Hehehehhe But We Will Still Win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hehehehe

Hey there!! Cant wait to see your new pics. Your doing awesome.. I wish I could keep motivated like you! lol.. Anyway.. Hope you have a great weekend! I'd like to know what the deal is with this weather.. It was in the 70's yesterday and now it's in the 30's... Can you believe this?? lol.

Hey! Me again! I was looking for smoothie recipes and found one you posted. I figured I would post my question here in case you didn't see it in the recipe section. That "berry medley" mix? Is that the smoothie mix stuff? I think we tried that. Does it make it taste better to add the banana and yogurt? I didn't really like it too much like it was. Do you have any idea how many calories are in one of those? Thanks! :D

Hiya! :) No, the "berry medley" mix is actually a frozen package of mixed berries in the freezer section of our grocery store.. :) I don't know how many other shave them..we shop at Giant or Kroger here in Virgina. hope that helps!! Sometisme a little splenda helps sweeten up those smoothes.. no clue on calories I have to confess! I would guess 250 maybe.. I would add up the calories in the yogurt, frozen berries & banana and then divide it up by how many servings you get out of it.. :) Good luck! Let me know if you like how it turns out if you try it. ;)
