Exercise: 30 minutes bike, 30 minutes lower body weights
Breakfast: 1 cup of smart start cereal 200 calories
Water: 24oz so far
Lunch: Taco Bell quesidilla 540 calories, plain nachos 190 calories, 730 calories
Exercise:20 minute walk with my dogs mid morning.
SubTotal Calories: 930
Dinner:crock pot meal, chicken and dumplings 1 cup, 310 calories
Exercise:1 hr with Biggest Loser DVD (good stuff! I'll update on that later)
Total Calories:1240
So yes, I went over 1200, but I was STARVING..
And I got that extra 20 minute walk in with my dogs, so I can't be too bad off! 
Thank you everyone for your great comments in my journal every day, it really keeps me rolling along and feeling responsible for what I post here and what I eat during the day!!
So hoorah!! I made it up this morning at 5:15, and to the gym by 5:31, already a ton of others there, but I managed to get a bike and truck away! I am feeling really good. A little tired, but coffee will take care of that for now. Even more excitingly, my Crate and Barrel furniture is coming today. Yay no more sitting on the floor with my laptop!!
I am so excited!!!
Just need to get in an hour tonight. I hope my BL DVD will be in today, so I can do that after work!
