Day 2 of Challenge:
Breakfast:2 cups of cereal
240 calories
Water:84oz. so far
Mid-Morning Snack: 1/4 cup of trail mix
150 calories
Lunch: 1/2 cup of baked beans, 1/2 cup of cole slaw,
250 calories(estimated)
Exercise #1:55 minutes of walking!!
Mid-Afternoon Snack: Special K bar w/ chocolate drizzle
90 calories
Dinner: 1/4 cup of baked beans, 1/2 cup of cole slaw, 1 cup of barbecue
400 calories
Exercise:30 minutes on the bike,30 minutes treadmill & 25 minutes of upper body weights
Dessert:1 cup of cereal
120 calories
My little frustration vent: Ok, so my TOM started awhile back, and its all out of wack,and STILL going.

I am SO pissed right now about that. I have been absolutely exhausted, so somehow in my sleep I turned off the 5:15 alarm, to wake up to the 6:25alarm.

NO gym time this morning! UGH, how wrong can that be? So much for kicking some butt this morning. Sof or my first work out I intend on trying to get a 2-3 mile walk in on my lunch break. Just so frustrated about over sleeping!
Oh well. I have great intentions with my food and water intake today. I also am more than determined to replace my cleaning staff at our office, as they have left me yet another inappropriate note. I also WILL get our new copier ordered today!!

So somethings will get done.
