Well I'm at it again. I started at 425 pounds and got down to about 348 then the weight loss stopped. It's my own fault; I didn't work out enough. So the family saw the trouble I was having and got me a gym membership at one of those all night places. Most of my workouts will be late at night early morning. I'm planning on working out between 1-3 am. After my endurance picks up I might be able to stay a little longer. The hard part is just getting started. I just don't have the drive just to get it started. My plan is mostly cardio with some light weights. I'll also do some swimming for some fairly low impact cardio. well it's all in the planning stages. Now all I got to do is get my big butt moving.......
