Hey there my fave hillbilly!!!!I am glad to see ya back.I have had a BAD struggling period that lasted for about a month but yesterday was my 1st day back trying again.We'll get to our goals just have to stir up that motivation again.Your chicken sounds yummy I may have to try it like that I ma getting burned out on the lemon pepper seasoing lol.Have a gr8 day and if you can't get to the gym take a short walk to get back in the swing of things,Tammy :hug2:
 
{{{{{{{{{{TAMMY}}}}}}}} hiya.... yea back at it again. Well I didn't get back to the 425 mark. I think the last I weighed was 386 or so. so I'm back on track before having to start totally over. I am going tonight even if it's just for half an hour or so on the bike or the treadmill(shiver). Today is going pretty well; started with some oatmeal with some raisins and a banana. I put in a little honey and omitted the bunch of sugar and butter and milk I would normally put in.I just have to get the portion sizes down but last time it Took me awhile to get use to. Now it's 2:30 and I'm working on lunch hmmm...........
 
Yummmmm sounds like a nice yummy breakfast.I tried these mini cinnamon swirl bagles with reduced fat cream cheese and it's about 130 for 1 altogether and 2 wouldn't be bad they taste so good.

yea it wasn't bad but really missed that pound of sugar lol. Today was pretty good though I did chomp down some Ritz crackers. Well I did stop at six so no real damage lol. I'm going to the gym tonight about 2 am. I'll spend probably about an hour on the bike off and on. The only thing I hate about going back to the gym is the 3 day sore fest that will be there.

Todays food......

Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins and a banana and a touch of honey. [300+130+105+60]
(595 calories)

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, pack of tuna fish, cold pack pickle, light sour cream sauce/topping. [140+90+30+40]
(300 calories)

Snack: 6 Ritz crackers. (Moment of weakness :eek: )
(96 calories)

Snack: granny smith apple.
(72 calories)

Dinner: 1 grilled chicken breast, Grilled onion, green beans. [230+60+120]
(410 calories)

Drinks: water, Tea, 1 diet coke.
(0 calories)

Total: 1473 calories
 
Well I finally made it to the gym. I did two 15 min sessions on the recumbent bike. Then about 15 Min's on the treadmill and then I did about 4 whole Min's on the elliptical or what I like the call the machine from hell.........Thats something ill have to work on. Of coarse I was the biggest one there and I felt as if all eyes were on me. I was expecting that but you never really get use to it but I digress; After the cardio stuff I did some light weights and and it took half an hour afterwords for the sweat to stop;I guess thats a good thing. I would imagine tomorrow is gonna be a bad day. I didn't realize water could taste so good lol.

Goodnight or morning as it were.......

EDIT: had two extra apples when I got home from the gym, I was starved. It was that or the chocolate cake....... apple was a better choice.

hey randy :) nice to see you back on here. i'm sorry things haven't worked out for you as planned, but who knows where will this road lead you to. its really great you're getting back on track. and we'll be here to help and motivate you as much as we can :)

At that time in the morning I can't imagine that many people there. But don't worry about people staring, it's a past time for most people and they stare at anyone, big or small. So you get in there and show them how it's done!!:jump:
 
Lena thank..... Yea it would be nice when employers told you something it was the way it really was but thats life. I got out of it before I ever signed a one year contract so we will see what comes up now.
Queen yea everything is going well. I only gained back 40 some odd pounds but but when your this big you just really don't need it.
Mechelle there was a grand total of about 7 people but it felt as if all eyes were on. It's just the way it is when your new at the gym. I went in and did my cardio stuff and the pain hasn't hit yet but I'm sure thats the plan for tomorrow. Now it's 12:30 and need to start looking for breakfast.
 
Well today is a pretty good day. Had some eggs turkey bacon and toast for breakfast and now need to get a snack for lunch. I know it's late but woke up late so it's ok. I'm gonna try and get some more cardio stuff done at the gym tonight but I'm expecting to be sore tomorrow so we'll will see..... Hope yall are having a good day......
 
Well today has been going good but still under 1000 calories after dinner. Think I'm gonna have to come up with some carbs or something for a good 600 calorie boost.
 
well done at the gym, it is good to eat after a workout, and apples are a good choice. (I get in trouble from my coach for not eating after my workouts)

Tru yea my coach would say the same thing. I was full when I left for the gym but after it was like I hadn't eaten all day lol.

Dinner: 1 grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup white rice. [230+242]
(472 calories)

Snack: oatmeal with raisins & 2 Tsp of honey. [300+130+120]
(550 calories)

Drinks: water, Tea, coffee,1 diet coke.
(0 calories)

Total: 1477 calories
 
Well total calories for today wasn't that bad. Doctor wants me to closer to 2000 a day but I'm working on it. Hmmmmmm do I want to go to the gym tonight.......

Well went to the gym and just now cooling off.... That elliptical is eating my lunch. I'm gonna have to pick up some multivitamins or something I just don't have the energy to keep going. Todays calories were overall pretty good. I have been instructed that I'm Barbque'n some baby back pork ribs tomorrow or today as it were since its 3 am. I can just imagine the calories is barbecue ribs. I may have to offset my meal to a little of nothing to cover for the ribs. Tomorrow might be one of those one meal days. I just started back on my program and not ready to blow it for some barbecue.

cin&mechelle yea i do feel better. All though I do feel like I have been worked over with a baseball bat. I started to feel a twinge last night. I'm just using muscles I haven't used in a long time.

I have been trying to eat better but honestly I'm glad the chicken is gone lol... Today I'm cooking about 6 slabs of pork baby back ribs. They aren't known for being calorie friendly. I don't want to not eat to make up for the calories so I'll just have small meals before and after.....
