Hello everyone..... well last day of school is next wednesday and everything is still going well. I leave for tulsa in three weeks then after three months of training...... Saudi.

Wondering how hard it will be to smuggle in an air conditioner in my bag lol.

Well didn't get back as quick as I planned lol. Everything is going well. I finished my last class yesterday so now I'm just bouncing paper work between school and the oil company. We wont walk until the 20th of next month. That seems strange; I thought you walked right after your last class.
After training I'll be in Abu Dhabi. It seems like a nice enough place so we will see.
As far as the diet I haven't been on it strict but just watching what I eat and no sodas other than diet.
 
Hello everyone. well I'm back. The money the recruiters were talking wasn't matching up to what the workers were saying. So now just trying to find something local. Well it's not the first time my plans have been dashed.
Just about all my weight I lost is back. I have been pretty depressed lately but I guess thats life. I did manage to get to a gym though I haven't actually gone. I guess I just need the motivation to go. The plan is no to worry about weights but just concentrate on cardio and hopefully it comes back off quickly.

Well everything is going pretty well. Sending resume's out everyplace. I got a call back from a chemical plant and I test for them next week. Haven't had much to eat today. It's all good my lunches never are at noon, they normally hit about 3 pm. I haven't had the drive to get my butt to the gym but I'm looking at going about 1 am to about 3 am but we'll see how it goes.
I need to get back in the habit of doing the calorie thing again. It's like everything else, starting over is the hardest thing.
 
I'll be posting a bunch of random post. It worked before and it just tends to keep my mind off of things.

calories are low today and they probably will be until I get into the habit again.
 
Well everything is still going good today. My calories are still way too low but no junk food. When I started my original diet my calories stayed low. When you switch from carbs to lean foods there is a calorie drop. It normally takes me a week or so to get the calories up using real food and not junk food.
 
Breakfast: egg roll up; two eggs, sour cream, salsa, 1 sheet of lavash bread. [140+40+15+100]
(295 calories)

Lunch: bowl of mixed veggies with light ranch dressing. [8+3+15+16+50]
(92 calories)

Dinner: 2 grilled chicken breast, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 small onion, 1 yellow pepper, 1 baked potato with sour cream. [230+230+130+44+10+281+40]
(965 calories)

Drinks: water, 2 diet cokes.
(0 calories)

Total: 1352 calories
 
Yum - your menu looks good - and yes starting over is hard to do but look you are doing it and htat is why you have us here - I wanted to comment on going to the gym from 1am to 3am - ha ha ha
 
yea that time of night/morning its pretty much a private gym. I didn't make it last night. I'm am having so much trouble just going. I keep finding a reason not to go. Well I'm planning on going tonight. The menu for today hmmmmmm.......... Not sure but it's 11 am so it must be breakfast time........
