yea I like the chicken at walmart it's not bad. I also found in the seafood section they have frozen individual servings of bay scallops and different tilapia flavors. tilapia for anyone that don't know it's....well it kinda like a perch or a small bass. Most of the ones I have seen are from 130-160 calories.

Today is going pretty good I got up at 415 to go take a test for a chemical refinery. nothing to eat since so I'm downing some cottage cheese; didn't realize I was that hungry. After a long nap I'll try and figure out some sort of menu for today lol.

Lol I have that blonde trate to the only thing that my hair lets me get away with that I like is to dye the underneith the back coal black which I recently did it looks kind of neat when I put it up in a ponytail and the color stays a couple months.

Tammy it really was pretty easy to start back. I got a job offer today at an industrial safety company as an electronics tech. The only problem is it's in Freeport Texas; about an hour and a half away from Houston and I can't find any gyms or fitness centers there. It would really suck to have to drive way back here just to work out. My only option would to buy and elliptical machine and I'm sure they are expensive. I told them I would let them know Wednesday. Today is going ok just about to fix a dinner but it's still only my second meal of the day so it will be one of those days I will be looking for something to up my calories.
 
Breakfast: 2 servings of large curd cottage cheese.
(240 calories)

Lunch: curried peas and cheese with rice and chana masala. (Indian food frozen dinner)
(320 calories)

Dinner: Tilapia stuffed with shrimp and herbs, white rice, 2 small apples. {130+242+110}
(482 calories)

Snack: 2 servings of large curd cottage cheese.
(240 calories)

Snack: okra, ground beef and tomatoes.
(? calories) (Does it really matter? I’m only at 1282 for the day.?

Drinks: water, coffee.
(0 calories)

Total: 1282 calories
 
Hey therer...Congrats on job offer and there are some elitpitcals that are affortable at walmart??Or I am doing a payment plan on my stationary bike through 7th ave.I pay ony $20 a month actually $15 but I add 5 to pay it off quicker but they had some nice exersices things and you can pay monthly.

But I just had a banana, 1/4 cup of raisins and a spoon of peanut butter. washed it down with 8 itty bitty ounces of milk I'm still way under my 2000 calories so it was a good day.

Way to go on saying NO to the eveil cake voices!!
I told sara lee strawberry cheesecake ice cream to
get the F@#* out of my head lastnight and had a nannah
and it worked wow.....
Oh and I know the dread to tread feeling so what I do if
I am not in the mood is somethingelse like example I don't
wanna go for my walk because it is to gosh darn (I am watching
my language here work with me)hott so I am going to stationary
bike or vice versa.

Michelle Tammy Cin No it was not as good as the chocolate milk with a quart of ice cold milk but it was enough to kill the sweet tooth. I laid down just for a min before the gym and I just woke up at 1230; wow talk about a power nap. After breakfast lunch or brunch I'm gonna get dressed and go here in a little. I just really hate the crowds but I got to get myself back on some type of sleep schedule. Tammy no worries hon, sometimes %$^%#^$ just has to be said lol.........
 
I never had a good sleeping schedule until I started popping out kids lol then I would sleep anytime they did.I used to be on vampire hourslol.Geesh I am on here alot.Anyway have a nice day and your doing good Tammy

well you get use to them; just feels strange eating breakfast at 1 pm lol. once I start working it will be some more stable hours just will have to adjust my gym time or just break down and buy an elliptical. I looked at the ones at walmart but I'd rather buy one of the ones like the gym has but I'm sure they are pricey.
 
well today has been a pretty good day. The only downfall is it's after 10 pm and only at 1105 on the calories. Looks like gonna be a late nite big meal.....

Dinner: Serving of salmon and a single serving of bay scallops, frozen brussel sprouts in a low fat butter sauce. [160+130+150]

Drinks: water, diet coke.
(0 calories)

Total: 1365 calories

Note: way too low but just haven’t been that hungry. Think my stomach is starting to shrink back to a human size. I have been taking my GNC multi-vitamins so I haven’t been feeling that bad.
