Hey there Hilly,
Glad your feeling better and have fun tonight!
I don't care much for fish I can do tuna salad or tuna caserole(unhealthy made lol) using only white tuna and this resteraunt has breaded cod with tarter sauce(unhealthy once again lol) and thats about all I can eat.

Well I had a good time lastnight but there was no diet involved ouch.......

anyway all I have to do today is walk about 127 miles and it will be fine lol...

ah well welcome to a brand new day.........
 
After the 127 miles, I am sure you will definitely sleep well. It should clear the mind as well. Have a good pair of shoes is all I can say and watch out for the blisters. I'll be right next to you after my day yesterday as well. lol:eek:
 
Yea last night was fun but definitely can't do that everyday lol. I had no sodas but i did have a frapp from starbucks. The dinner was seafood and a baked potato so you can just imagine the calories lol......

Today is going well. Back on track so it will be a good day.
 
Breakfast: McDonald’s bacon ranch salad without chicken and with one ranch dressing. {140+170}
(310 calories)

Lunch: 2 cans of tuna in water with salad dressing, dill relish, onion, pimento, 2 boiled eggs.{300+40+15+8+15+140}
(518 calories)

Dinner: McDonald’s Caesar salad without chicken and with one Caesar dressing. {90+190}
(280 calories)

Snack: Banana smoothie; banana, 2% milk. {110+130}
(240 calories)

Drinks: water, green tea, diet coke.
(0 calories)

Total: 1348 calories
Maintenance calories 3515
3515-1348=2167 unused calories
 
well today finished up pretty well. The calories are just where I wanted them; well withing about 200 calories anyhow lol. I'll try and catch up on some diaries soon I have just been running around all day.......
