Well hello everyone. Got back to school today and I forgot how tired sitting in a class will make you. The diet is going well but the numbers are low for today. It's ok there is enough shall we say "reserve" my body can pull from. If I do get hungry again I will make some cereal or something but It's so late and I'm gonna try to get to bed by 11 and havent had dinner yet so those calories will have to stick. Tomorrow I need to get some heavier meals in to get my calories back up closer to 1800 calories or so.
