Wow, even when I try to eat little my calories go over 1200.

I've been having trouble sleeping too. Tea shoukd help, maybe try meditating or reading.

Hope your walk was good 2 + miles congrats!
When I have trouble sleeping I take a very HOT shower
and it relaxes ya as well as wake ya up in the morning
I would rather have a night shower so I sleep like a baby
plus adding smell good fragrances to your bath helps to!

Miss. Apple I think I'm tired enough to get some sleep but I'm gonna make me some rose petal tea just to make sure I sleep through the night. I still have 4-5 hours of homework so it won't be a lot of sleep but still better than none.
I had my composition class today so the last thing I want to to is read lol.
I doubled up on my dinner portion and I'll have a decent amount of calories. I'll grab something for breakfast even if it's a slice of bread. I just need to get a normal schedule going.
 
Never heard of rose petal tea - sounds pretty

LOL... well it actually taste like hell....But something in the rose has a natural sedating effect. You just have to find some that hasn't had any icky poison stuff sprayed on it....

Icky poison? That sounds concerning! :confused: They don't take care of that sort of thing before selling it??

Hello everyone..... I have been burning the candle on both ends. Between school and doing everything else, It's been a crazy week.
I'll try and stop and get to everyones diaries tomorrow or the next day or the next day............... ;)

Brunch: sandwich; egg, cheese, light salad dressing on wheat. {70+70+20+160}
(320 calories)

Dinner: 2 cups of cooked black beans with ¾ cup of brown topped with sour cream. {460+150+40}
(650 calories)

Snack: 2 small beef patties and two slices of wheat with mustard.
(620 calories)

Snack: some sugar free applesauce.
(150 calories)

Drinks: water.
(0 calories)

Total today is: 1740 Calories.

Good for you keeping up with stuff still, thats fantastic!
I know what you mean by burning the candle at both ends - ive just quit one of my jobs because i never had any time to do anything anymore
 
Patty, haha ive been saying that for years.

Whenever anyone brings up sex around me or my husband "What?! sex? We have the same last name! we're related! thats just gross!"
