Todays damage only it wasn't. Think its going to be a good day......

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs (0 calorie cooking spray), 2 slices of turkey bacon, 2 pieces of wheat toast {70+70+35+35+70+70}
(350 calories)

Lunch: fried rice. Brown rice, stir fry vegetables, 1 egg, soy sauce. {150+100+70+20} I used 0 calorie cooking spray instead of oil.
(340 calories)

Dinner: Lean Gourmet Sirloin supreme
(240 calories)

Snack: salad with lettuce, onion, cucumber, light ranch. {24+13+7+160}
(204 calories)

Snack: Banana
(121 calories)

Drinks: water, hot tea with splenda
(0 calories)

Total: 1255 calories {sweet}
 
I was at school yesterday and the last pizza thing they had I don't remember how long ago but it was pre-diet. I saw me in the picture and it wasn't me or the me I always saw in the mirror. I guess it was though since cameras don't lie. I'm going to try and get a copy so I have a beginning photo. This was all 55 pounds ago but it still bothers me yaknow.............
 
Congrats on the two pounds!!!! It's pound by pound we roll along. They all count. Total 55....that's great!!! You are totally going to do this.

You are doing awesome hillbilly. Keep focused and committed. You will not let that pizza be stronger than you. Drink lots of water and if food like pizza is on your mind then go for the zero calorie snacks like celery. Have a great weekend.:D
 
They had pizza at school wed and Thurs. It wasn't a problem. Pizza isn't one of the things I crave. the old picture bothered me more than anything else.

Pre-diet photos bother me too! I found some pictures of me at around 320 and I had to shred them. I couldn't look at them because I didn't want to think of myself as ever being that big. The important thing is that that isn't you anymore and you're on your way to making yourself better!! :D
 
Well I got around to looking at my new calories needs for this weight. since I only lost two pounds it didn't change much. To keep the same weight I have to stay at 3680 calories per day(not) I'm shooting for half of that so I lose at least 2 pounds a week so that leaves me with 1840 a day. I should be able to do that and even if I go to 2000 a day I should still lose weight just fine.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I don't have a lot of pics for the last year or so when I really started to pack on the pounds. The only one I have is my driver's license and unfortunely I can't shred that one. And I can't renew for another 4 years. Well, hopefully in four years, I'll be tiny and they won't believe it's really me.

Keep up the good work! You can do it!!
 
It really sucks that the weight comes of so slow. Hey I put it on fast and I want it off fast. I know It doesn't work like that but it would be nice. I do one weight in and I'm ready for the next. I guess I'm just in hurry up mode.

yeah, why can't someone just beam us into our new bodies. LOL!!!!

I guess it's because we have to put in the hard work to get the results which will make us appreciate the reward even more. That way we'll strive to keep it off. Don't ya just hate the voice of reason!!!!
 
well today was a good day. I think I do better with the extra meals. Ill try to eat this many all week and see if it effects my weight. It shouldn't since I'm still going to stay under 1800 calories.......

well it looks like another bout of insomnia. Its a bad feeling when you cant sleep. I think its the diet pills but not sure. its not constant just once in awhile. Hope everyones night is a little better.
 
Well, I'm right there with ya! I'd stay here until 4 AM if I could, but my typing wakes up the rents...

Hope your insomnia goes away, as do I because I will have fire and brimstone to pay when school time rolls around!! (In 4 days yikes!)

If all the planets line up jusssst right it should still be less than 2000 calories?
